We have an urban garden here in Pomona California. Hight temps in July-Oct. Garden is surrounded by cinder block wall it gets extremely hot in there. We have permanent sails set up. Those are more for design. This will be my first time using shade cloth to help protect our plants. Shade is noticeable immediately, you can feel the difference. Recommend measuring out your space accordingly. I ordeted 2 10x12 so it didn't sag in the middle. We had excisting post so that made installation easy.

This was perfect for a screen for our camper awning. We tested the 70 and the 90 and we liked the 90 better. You can see through it but the big surprise was how much it cooled the area it shades! We liked it so much we purchased more to hang on the porch to shade us for our morning coffee.

I purchased (3) 10-foot x 6.6-foot shade cloths to cover a 10-foot by 20-foot pergola. The plan was to use multiple shade cloths to reduce the stress that would imposed on a single 10x20 sloth by the high winds we endure. The (3) cloths were delivered on time, came vacuum sealed, and did not arrive damaged. While I did not measure each of the shade cloths, I can confirm that they were not all the same size. They varied in length by about 6 inches. The edge binding does have 5 or 6 stitches, which is encouraging. But the edge banding is not woven, it's some kind of plastic fabric-ish material. Does not bode well for longevity, but we shall see. I would have liked more grommets. The 10x6.6 cloths I ordered only had one on each corner, one on the short sides, and two on the long sides. I don't have a way to verify the shadiness, but it's keeping the sun off us. So far so good.

This shade canopy was easy to set up. I love how the wind is able to gently pick it up and down without it tearing or falling down. It is able to significantly block out the heat without blocking the rain from getting in. The grommets help for not only easy instillation, but prevents it from ripping. This is seriously the best product I could have used to shade my garden down here in Texas. Love it!

Product just as described. Loved that it has plenty of “eyelets” available to tie it up. I purchased it to use as an over the pool net to provide some protection from extreme sun rays and to prevent as many leaves from falling in the pool. So far so good. Loved that I can still float and see the clouds through the net and not worry about debries falling in my eyes. Look forward to using it to provide shade for my plants when pool season is over.

I bought 2 of these shades of varying sizes. One of the shades was just as described. Think the eyelets were kinda smashed on the trim material and materials and mesh are thin. The 2nd shade was a 10’ x20’ and after opening it up, there was 2 holes in it about 2” or so big. Oh well. Otherwise they are your standard cheap sun screens.
