This little robot works pretty well. It’s not perfect, but it’s better than I anticipated. I found that on bigger windows it helped to spray the glass 8-10” ahead of its path and repeat as it made its way down. Be prepared to get corners yourself and plan on wiping a small area where it ends the job, but otherwise you can expect a clean window with little effort. Longevity of the pads is in question, but hopefully replacements are easily found.

Decent for light-duty cleanings between regular (soapy water and squeegee) cleanings. It is by no means as good as a regular cleaning. Good for dust and loose dirt (and pollen?), but not good at grime or grease such as from smoke. I can't imagine that it would do much on bird poop. Note that using this is a two-step process! First, you run it with dry pads and it vacuums off the loose dirt. Then, you take it down, squirt two sprays onto each pad, and run it again. If the window is anything other than small, you need to squirt another spray in front of each pad every 20 feet or so of travel. On a six-foot by six-foot window, I added spray four times. Also note that several "competing" brands on Amazon all appear to be the same robot but with slightly different shells. I bet they all come from the same manufacturer and have the same internal parts.

I'm a stickler for clean windows and all the methods I tried never gave me the results I wanted. I used the Winbot before I knew about this and it did ok but the square design caused problems at the edges of the windows. This one does a perfect crawling job and hits all spots. Definitely don't skip the first dry run before doing the wet cleaning. I found when I did that the wet run just smeared things a little. I could not live without this device! My obsession is fulfilled.

When I first decided to get this product, I honestly had low expectations. It seemed to me that I shouldn't expect it to clean as well as I would, but I was hoping for something that would help me keep up with the many windows in our apartment, so even if it wasn't perfect, I was down to try it. Turns out, it was awesome! I did not expect it to clean so well! I'm honestly super surprised and for me the value of having clean windows all the time for what this cost is totally worth it. I want to mention my windows weren't crazy dirty, just normal dirty, and while it takes some time to have the device clean, I just set it and forget it, come back and move it over to the next window, and go back to my business. It's a bit loud, but it's suction based, so I feel like of course, it's going to make noise. Definitely not for those with small children sleeping though. The cord is long enough for me to do everything I need to, but if you have limited power options, you should consider an extension cord. Frankly, I just love it. I definitely recommend it.

So this product seemed to be amazing. Until I used it! For starters the instructions suck though theres not much to it. The safety cord is a must but well maybe dont bother. I screwed in a lag eye bolt to my window trim which I wasnt happy about in the first place. Set it up as per the directions. Left only enough cord so it could clean the bottom part of the window. Well it started cleaning. Worked around the window and at the top lost suction and fell. I had the safety cord tied but it has some strech to it. The bot fell and hit the bottom sill and broke the plastic housing. Lets talk about the cleaning. Random at best and does NOT get the entire window. I’d say 50% would be generous. I attempted to use it on three windows on the day it arrived. Sent it back same day. Dont bother.
