I haven't dropped my little Macbook Air too often, but occasionally it HAS dropped from the sofa arm, so it is nice to have this added protection for it. That being said, I've decided not to use the silicone keyboard cover after trying that out all day. It works fine, and there s also a second spare one of those, but it seemed to slow me down some when typing, and I'd have to keep backing up to correct myself. I actually just removed it before leaving this review. Now that being said, it looked cool, and I am sure it is just a personal preference, I just like it a bit better when typing not having that on the keyboard itself, and that is the ONLY reason I gave it four stars. But wait, you see that I gave this 5 stars? Yeah, because the keyboard covers work flawlessly, I just prefer not using it which is on me, not Icassio, and the rest of the protective cover clicked right on, and is doing exactly what it was asked. ... show more
