    • Failed at the One Job It Was Supposed to Do
I was genuinely excited about this product because, on paper, it was exactly what we had been looking for: a GPS pet tracker with no monthly fee to help us locate our dogs if they ever got out of the fence. Unfortunately, that excitement disappeared quickly. Setup was much more difficult than it should have been. We purchased two trackers, and getting them paired with the app took far longer than expected. The included video wasn’t very helpful, but after some trial and error we finally got both collars connected. At first, everything appeared to be working because the app showed both trackers at our house. The real test came when we put the collars on our dogs and let them outside. They wandered well beyond our yard—even past the neighbor’s house—yet the app continued to show both dogs sitting inside our house the entire time. After waiting over an hour, the location still had not updated. If this is supposed to provide real-time GPS tracking, it completely failed that test. The other advertised feature that didn’t work was the remote beep. Pressing the button in the app never caused either collar to make a sound. For a product whose primary purpose is to help locate a lost pet, inaccurate location reporting and non-functioning alerts are deal breakers. I wanted this to work because the concept is excellent, but based on my experience, it simply did not perform as advertised. I’ll be returning it. ... show more

I bought this tracker mainly for my cat because I wanted an affordable option without paying a monthly subscription. Setup was pretty straightforward, and it’s lightweight enough that my pet doesn’t seem bothered by it.     • Doesn't work when it matters
It was difficult to first register the tracker. The video didn't help. It wasn't a problem to load the tracker into the app. The big problem was it didn't work. On the first instance I was checking his location and was concerned as it said he was far away. I go into the living room to tell my mom and she was letting him into the house. Yet the tracker still showed him far away. The second instance was when he got out after dark. I told my mom where he was but wasn't there. It moved location but he still wasn't there. I started screaming his name and he finally walked up to me. I got him into the house. The tracker still showed he was across the street. We really need an accurate locator. He escapes when the dog is let out or in. Everyone tries to keep him from getting out but he's very clever. I don't recommend this product. I'm returning it. ... show more

    • Doesn’t work
Tracker doesn’t work. Shows it moving in a triangle pattern even tho I was standing still. Once I put it on our outdoor ‘stray’ cat who wanders the woods - it shows the tracker is in the same location as my phone which isn’t the case because the cat is somewhere deep into the woods. We hoped this would have worked as the stray cat come around in the evenings but galavants off during the days. We were curious to see if she stays on our multi acre lot or if she ventures off to other neighbors to see if she belongs to anyone. ... show more

    • Not sure device or app is functional.
I am not certain this actually works. It registers with the app, but it does not appear to actually be tracked. I have walked my dog a distance from our home, but when I try to review the tracking it just shows as having been at the house the entire. I even contacted support for the app, but no response from them. So, I don't know if the device does not work or if the app is the problem. ... show more

Horrible! Tracking updates every hour ish. Also not clear on the “replay” of where the dog has been for time references. The ring also does not work and It fell out after 2 weeks of my dog wearing it. Do not buy!

    • Pretty useless
Didn't work right for me. The app location showed be was still at home instead of down the street. And the map was flipped. When switched to Google maps, showed he was 2 miles down the road. Not accurate.
