This has been the absolute worst incubator I have ever owned. It arrived with zero instructions on how to put it together. Then on top of that it hasn't stopped beep since we finally got it set up which was missing screws. As if that wasn't aggervating enough our first set of quailnthat hatched... the fan killed them all they were falling through from the top floor and the fan completely mangled them. I like tge design but it will not hold a consistent temp at all. One moment it's 99.5 the next hour 101 then 2 hours later 97. It's ridiculous

Like the other reviews have mentioned this was a pain to get set up. Humidity alarm is annoying. Holes in tray make mess. 1st hatch had a pretty bad hatch rate. I left out two rows the middle ones just because getting them on was a nightmare. But out of 96 eggs we got 30 chicks. Ok fine. But partbof the problem is the fan. The chislcks were getting shrink wrapped. Even with high humidity. Keep them away from it. I'm setting it up for a second hatch. I've had it unplugged for several days. And tried all the tricks to get it to go back to 00 on days. And I can not. Resetting this thing is impossible. I've Even used YouTube to try to help . ... show more

The instructions are for a piece of equipment that is already assembled. This came disassembled and missing screws. I am sending it back disappointed that i need to delay hatching
