The best and most effective pain relief I've found in a patch! After about 14 hours the patch starts to fall off so I adhere it with some waterproof medical tape which keeps it on. The patch works a full 24 hours if not longer really. The smell isn't that great. After a while, it starts to smell like urine (to me) but honestly, I don't care. Most don't even notice it and some say it smells organic like a mint type of plant. I just am pleased with the strong pain relief and how it eases the major pain I experience in my torn knee!

unless I have a knee sleeve on especially for bed, it starts "rolling" on the edges pretty so...I'll put my knee sleeve on ..keep it on all night it'll come off from turning over. Also it has a really strong smell from all the good oils and stuff in it...lol my husband asked me why I stunk oh thank ya luv ya too! ;) no but really I hadn't told him bout my new patches yet but he smelled em in bed.. once ya get used to it it's all good... I'm not a big fan of petulie oil stuff, I've hated those smells thru my life since the 70's but as I'm in my mid 50's now alot of those smelly oils help me to NOT take so much Aleve thru my day.why i wanted to try this alternative..hurts to drive my hopes were to help with that one..it def has it help "hold" in my knee as well..gives it good extra support..i am buying more

It does provide the typical pain relief that many products with menthol and camphor have. The combination of ingredients while good at relieving pain, happens to smell like household cleaners. It's a little off putting. Stickiness is average, but will come off quicker if you are sweating, have hairy legs, while working out, or moving around a lot. Does work on other body parts, especially the back and hip area. Would not recommend it on thinner skin areas as it did cause some minor rashes (underside of arms, stomach, chest) Overall, a good product. It's downside is definitely smell. It's like a cross between liquid tussin & pine scented floor cleaners.

This item Smells terrible and you can smell it through my jeans. I had no pain relief at all. Oh the adhesive sticks well, but as I sat at work in my office embarrassed of the horrible smell coming from my clothing. Thought I could return but guess not. WASTE OF MONEY

I bought these as an afterthought since I am always in search of anything that can keep me moving. After 60 years of extreme sports followed by gaining to much weight and not giving up the activity, my knees are really shot. My left knee MRI looks like I was just pulled bent and twisted at the bottom of an NFL scrum. I have a dislocated patella, two grade 3 ligament tears,. 2 ruptured tendons, a threadbare miniscus and more. I'm scheduled for total knee Dec 4. In the meantime I'm in constant pain and if I'm lucky enough to walk I look like I'm 90, not 60. But these patches are amazing, without the narcotic haze. Crazy natural ingredients (ginger, cinnamon, orange peel, boswelliacarteri, and much more) seemed to instantly take the inflammation away, the pain, and the funky gait. I don't remember what they cost, but damn are they worth it!!

I have bad knee pain. The first thing I noticed is the smell. Very strong like menthol smell but in a generic form. I could instantly feel a cooling sensation but no pain relief. They only stayed on my knees for 1 hr before the edges started to curl up and eventually fell off

I am 79 years old. My knees were so bad I was limping around. I play soccer at least four times a week, and it got to the point where I couldn’t run. I ordered these patches, I put on both my knees. One of my knees I put a patch on the front, and then put a patch behind the knee. Within a very short period of time, my pain was almost completely gone. I am not kidding. I just ordered another box just to keep on hand in case my knee gets bad again. I let my friend try it on her knee, and I ordered a box for her. She put hers on at night, got up the next morning feeling so much better without so much pain. I have told all my friends about this, and they’re all going to order.
