I love this air fryer! It replaced an older round single basket model. I am a widower living alone, and this fryer makes meal time SO much easier several times a week. The sync function, to finish both foods at the same time, is great! Last night, did wings in one basket and fried okra in the other. Add some potato salad and it makes a great meal. The lights and windows to view cooking progress are very convenient. Easy clean up too! I often use olive oil spray, so a little dish soap and hot water, soak a few minutes, and wipe out with a sponge. I haven't run the grills or baskets through dishwasher yet, but I'm confident it will clean right up if I do. This air fryer has worked great and is a lot easier to clean than others we've owned. Setting each side for a different temperature and/or different cook time is so convenient and the finish together feature really comes in handy so both are done at the same time. We've used it for fish, chicken, nuggets & fries, and veggies. The preset buttons for fish, chicken, etc. have not been that accurate for our needs but online suggestions come in handy for getting great results. The drawers and interior grill plates clean easily with soap and water. And unlike some other reviewers, we washed it once when new and since then have never noticed any odd smells, tastes or excessive smoke. The only caviat we would put on this would be to watch closely on the first attempt of each type of food and make notes for future uses. It cooks quickly and can overcook just as quickly if you're not watching an item you haven't tried before. Once we figured the times & temps for our favorite foods it was set it and forget it. Would definitely recommend this unit, especially at that price. ... show more

I have consistently used this air fryer almost daily for at least a month now. The baskets even though they are 4.5L each are more rectangle in shape than square, so it takes getting used to. I am finding that cooking for 2 with different tastes, I actually need 2 of these, because I am running this unit twice for dinner. It absolutely does what it says, Dual Cook, and Sync Cook work perfectly and Cooks Consistently. Would I buy it again? Maybe. Do your homework. ... show more

    • Safety switch broke.. Warranty wants me to pay..

Had this for a few months and suddenly the safety-switch malfunctioned. This resulted in my hand getting blasted with 400-degree hot air when I tried to remove the tray. It's supposed to stop the unit when you remove the tray, but it kept blowing hot hair. Since this was a safety issue I contacted the manufacturer for a replacement and they told me I'd have to pay to have the new item shipped to me. This is absolutely unacceptable for a SAFETY fault. I'd get it if this was just a normal performance issue, but this is DANGEROUS. ... show more
