We’ve had this walking pad for about two weeks now, and it has really exceeded my expectations. Before purchasing, I had plenty of concerns, mostly about quality, especially after reading some of the negative reviews. I always make sure to go through those carefully to stay objective and realistic. But as with most things on Amazon, there are both good and bad reviews. In the end, I decided to give it a try, and I’m glad I did. After two weeks of intense daily use, I’m very pleased so far. Some people mentioned that the belt doesn’t stay centered, but that’s usually due to uneven walking pressure. It’s easy to fix, just step off and let the pad run by itself for 10–20 seconds, and it re-centers automatically. I’ve also noticed that many issues buyers mention could be avoided by carefully reading the manual. Make sure to follow the setup and maintenance instructions, it really helps. Now, about performance: my husband and I have been using this thing nonstop. I’ve honestly never seen him walk this much in his life! Our goal was to add more low intensity movement into our daily routine, and this walking pad has been almost perfect for that. One of my biggest worries before buying was durability, my husband is a big guy, so the pad’s sturdiness was crucial. Thankfully, it feels solid and well built. The design is minimal, modern, and very easy to operate. It runs rather quietly, which makes it ideal for use while working on the computer or scrolling on your phone. With the colder months approaching, I can already tell this walking pad will become one of the most used items in our house. Honestly, I’ve even thought about getting a second one so we don’t have to take turns. Overall, I think this walking pad is worth the money. Of course, it’s only been two weeks, so we’ll see how it holds up long term. But for now, I’m very happy with this purchase.

I wasn't paid to write this but I wish I was. I never write reviews but this is worth it. I looked at the other newer versions of this one and im so glad I landed here bc this one checks all the boxes. Things I love about it: perfect for my stride at 5"3, love the manual incline or choice to be flat, love the bar, love the shelf on the bar bc it can fit anything from the TV remote, kindle, my phone, and it has a grippy thing on it so whatever you put there is not falling off. The only negative thing I can even think of which is tough to even think of is I have a problem walking straight so if I want to watch TV and hold onto the bar my arm is just a smidgen too short to hold onto it and not kick the front protector but thats such a small me problem. It would not stop me from buying this again 10 xs over though. So far almost 2 months into it and I only had one issue when it gave me the error eeee someone else mentioned, well what they didn't say is thats a user error and it means you gotta put the red magnet thing on the other magnet thing on the bar. Its a quick stop for the machine in case you tie it to yourself. I just untied the string and left the red piece there, problem solved. Other than that its great for walking or running, incline or flat, easy to maneuver. Im so satisfied with this purchase.

My whole experience so far has been a 5/5. I ordered my treadmill on 2/5 and received it 2/7 (3 days earlier than expected). Upon set up, which took barely any time, I noticed a weird sound. Apparently if the belt moves to the left it can create friction between the running belt and the side panel. I emailed the support line and received a response from Vivian in under 24 hours. Between adding more lubricant and adjusting the belt, my issue was resolved. I am excited to use my new pad an appreciate WellFit’s attention to detail and their customers.

I was so excited to receive this walking pad! I have an earlier version that I love, so I had high expectations. Unfortunately, there were several issues with the machine I received. There were issues with the belt rubbing against the running board and, the motor made a loud whining sound when I started and stopped the machine. I had several email conversations with Wellfit customer service - they really tried to find a way to remedy the issues. It became clear at a certain point that the machine was defective and not fixable in my home, so I returned it. I received a full refund from Wellfit, via Amazon, shortly thereafter. While I was disappointed that the machine was defective, it does happen sometime, and I am very happy I was able to get a full refund for it.

Update: Customer Service is great! They have promptly contacted me and were offering a refund. However, I took the cover off and discovered there was in fact something stuck in there: a dog toy! The first time I hadn’t noticed it because it was black. No idea how that ended up in there, but here we are. With some difficulty I managed to remove it and treadmill is running fine once again. (Although I had to break the grill underneath the motor housing to get it out) ———————— I have loved this item, and only owned it two weeks. However, it suddenly stopped working and gave me an error code E05. E05 means the treadmill motor is damaged or something is blocking it. Nothing is blocking it. I am dissatisfied, and I purchased this treadmill because of the length of the treadmill running pad. I will see if customer service will help me.

excellent I could tell right out of the box that it was quality and well-made. So much better than cheap ones I have had experience with. smooth quiet and I like the design of where the handlebars are they’re very ergonomic and that’s important. It’s also one of the only I’ve seen with control buttons on the handlebar for this style of walking pad so I don’t have to rely on holding a remote. Oh, and the instruction manual was well written and easy to read and not written in ESL like some others!
