When we assembled this bench I thought wow it is tiny. I imagine this will not work at all. I was pleasantly surprised to see it works perfectly. The smaller size makes it easy to store when not in use and when folded it transforms into a tiny out of the way life transforming device. Pardon me if I am overexcited. The caveat is I would not expect to use this comfortably if I was much taller. I ordered this for my 14 year old son. It fits him great. I am 5 foot 9 inches and I feel like I am bumping up against the upper size limits. It works very well for me but my head would hang off the top of the bench if I was a few inches over 6 feet. It is also very light for a workout bench but seems incredibly sturdy. If you are my height or smaller this is the perfect swiss army knife of workout benches. ... show more

I think this bench is perfect for women. It’s shorter than gym benches so my feet comfortably touch the floor when I’m doing bench presses, which may be too low for a man. Plus the bench itself is super lightweight. This would not be good for a man who is benching a lot of weight. Also, the bench itself is just not suited for a tall person. Good for the price. My only complaint is the back does not sit in a 90° position. The most upright position is still at an angle. ... show more

Bench came in and is nice. I don’t really see where people are complaining it’s small. It’s $60 and is meant to fold up, unlike traditional gym benches. I was impressed that it came already put together. So no assembly required. My only disappointment is I was hoping to do decline sit ups with this but the foot doesn’t stick out far enough lol still a good pick up. Check out my pictures. ... show more

Smaller than expected. Instructions were not easy to read. The print was faded. Still not difficult to set up. But it's smaller than expected. Not stable. Very thin and the base is not wide. Therefore, you can tip very easily. The advertised picture looks much larger than what's received.
