I use this when I know I may not be able to wait until my baby burps or if she’s in deep sleep so evening hours and when i go out. So far, rarely any spit ups. My daughter also drinks her milk really fast so instead of manually pacing her, these bottles forces her to slow down. However, I have noticed that these bottles leak very easily. It tipped over in bed for a couple of secs, cap on and all, while i was getting my baby into a comfortable feeding position and milk had already spilled out. The pacifier that it comes with went right into the garbage. Didn’t even get to use it because the first time I washed it I noticed soapy water got inside the teat and it won’t come out so I washed it a second time. Again water got inside. After flicking it and letting it dry for hours, the water is still trapped inside. This made me very uncomfortable because that leads to bacteria and mold. I decided to try the Dr. Brown's Natural Flow Options+ Anti-Colic bottle because my baby was struggling with gas and fussiness after feedings. After using it consistently, I can honestly say I’ve noticed a difference. The internal vent system really seems to help reduce air intake, which means less gas and fewer burping episodes. My baby looks more comfortable during and after feeding. I also like that you can use it with or without the vent system as your baby grows. The nipple flow feels natural, and my baby had no trouble adjusting. The only downside is that it has a few extra parts to clean compared to standard bottles. However, for me, the reduction in gas and discomfort makes it worth it. Overall, if your baby deals with colic or gas issues, this bottle is definitely worth trying. ... show more
