This weight bench arrived quickly and well packaged. It came mostly assembled but in a small (for what it is) box. I was surprised at how lightweight this is but once assembled and set up it is incredibly sturdy! All parts and pieces were present and the included instructions were informative and easy to follow. This bench is comfortable to sit and lay on even for me being a bigger guy at 6ft and about 315lbs. The adjustability is fantastic making it perfect for multiple uses and users. I love how it can be folded down for storage in smaller spaces and portability due to the size and weight. The price point makes this affordable for those working within a budget, but the quality is definitely on par with more expensive benches. Overall, this is a fantastic weight bench that can add to your workout routine without compromising comfort, quality, or space. Would recommend.

Item: PERFIT Weight Bench for Home Gym Adjustable Foldable Workout Bench Press for Full Body Strength Training Bench Supports up to 800lbs with Two Exercise Bands for Press Sit up Incline Flat Decline Pros: -Folds up pretty small (see cons) -Construction Feels solid. -Bench head piece adjusts! This is great for tall pplz. I'm 5"8 and theres like a few inches or so above my head adjusted at max length. -Bench padding is comfy (see cons). Bench padding consists of white foam with a thin layer of rubbery material on top (see pic). -Assembly was stupid easy! All you have to do is put the two leg pieces on and BAM... your done. 4 bolts in total. -Comes with Rubber bands(see cons). -Black and red looks good Cons: -Outside material/upholstry is thin. It scratches and tears kind of easily. -Leg attachment moves. I've learned to deal with this. When your on decline... you need a reliable way of getting back up. You can use the leg attachment to get back up no problem, you just have to let it move where its going to move, then you can proceed to get back up. -Folding is not the most convenient. When folding/unfolding, you gotta mess with 3 pins total (see pics). -Not a big con, Can't adjust seat. Other Thoughts: -For what its worth... Rubber bands that come with it are super weak.

I live in a small apartment, but manage to maintain a diligent exercise regimen with adjustable dumbbells, pull-up bar, bands and a physioball. What has been missing is an adjustable bench that can easily fold up for closet storage. I couldn’t be happier with the PERFIT weight bench. This product is a great value for the money. The bench is beautifully designed, well-constructed, easy to assemble (with excellent instructions), simple to adjust, and works well in a home gym with limited space. It is also lightweight, despite its stability and sturdiness. It folds up easily by simply removing 3 pull-pins and is easily lifted for one-hand transport. It is similarly easy to unfold and set up by reinserting the same 3 pins. Great bench, great value, and great addition to a home gym.

This weight bench was easy to assemble. I had been looking for a weight bench and am glad I found this one. The bench is sturdy and easy to adjust. I can perform all bench exercises on this bench. The bench padding is comfortable, not too hard too soft. The bench is simple and easy to use. This is just what I wanted.

This comes with minimal setup/assembly. It does not take up too much space. The entire equipment has some weight to it but is very sturdy. It does not look cheap. It works very well and withstands vigorous activity. I have been using it for a while and can definitely say it aids in exercising plenty of muscles. For the most part, you literally can use this for a majority of your workout routine making this very resourceful. The convenience is also a factoring benefit. If you are a beginner you can start off small. I like that you can use it as you progress through your workout routine. I would definitely say this is worth the price value.

I ordered this bench to use in my basement. When I opened the box, I was very pleased at how easy the assembly would be. The main portion of the bench unfolds and is held in place with three very stout retaining pins. Two posts come down from the main portion and join to the feet with 2 carriage bolts each. Assembly was extremely easy and the necessary tools were provided. The first thing I noticed that gave me pause was that the feet do not extend very far out from beneath the bench. As a larger person, I was hoping for something with just a bit more stability. As I continued through assembly, I also noticed that the square tube used to construct the majority of the frame is some what thin. This makes the bench lightweight, which is nice, but does not make a heavy person overly confident. Overall I would say that this is a great starter bench for someone who is not very heavy (under 250ish lbs.).
