Recently I moved and unfortunately there are little to no gyms in my area. The ones that are here are $50 a month and need a year subscription minimum. Personally, i do prefer a whole gym with the equipment but I decided to give this a shot with just a bench and some weights and so far I'm loving it. The ability to adjust the bench to different angles lets you work out every muscle group with ease just with the bench and some weights. So far I have been getting great workouts from the comfort of my garage. First I will start off with my favorite things. The padding is very comfortable, the hinges are tight enough to not flop around but loose enough to move with ease. The bench is really sturdy and easy to move thanks to the wheels and handle. There is one thing I would change though. The directions say to put on the padding basically last, and I found this a little difficult to do and I thought it may be easier to put on earlier due to the bolt locations. I do like how they included all the tools you needed to assemble, the only tools I used were the ones given. It did take a little while to put together but that is not necessarily a bad thing and really shows the build quality, sturdiness, and emphasis on safety. I will say, if you have power tools it will be MUCH faster to put together. Not that it is hard just time consuming with my limited abilities. Overall great weight bench, sturdy, safe, and relatively easy to put together!

I bought this bench about two weeks ago and honestly I’m really glad I did. It feels solid and well made, with no shaking or wobbling when I’m using it, even during heavier lifts. Adjusting it is simple and quick, and I like that I can switch between flat, incline, and decline without any hassle. The padding is comfortable enough for longer workouts and doesn’t feel cheap at all. Putting it together took a bit of time, but once it was set up, it felt sturdy and dependable. Overall, it’s been a great addition to my home gym and definitely feels worth the price. Wheels on the back of the bench are also a great addition.

This heavy-duty weight bench exceeded my expectations. The build quality is great! Thick steel frame, solid welds, and zero wobble even during heavy lifts. It feels like something you’d find in a commercial gym, but it’s also still easy to move around. Assembly was extremely easy and straightforward. Even the bolts that were used were really dense so it does feel like it’s going to last a really long time. I’ve used it for about 2 weeks now doing a whole range of dumbbell workouts and it performs flawlessly every time. If you’re serious about lifting and want a bench that can handle real weight without flexing or shifting, this is absolutely worth it. Highly recommend.

I’ve been using this bench for a little while now, and I’m really impressed with the quality and stability. The build feels strong and secure — no wobbling during lifts — and the 1300 lbs weight capacity gives me a lot of confidence. The incline, flat, and decline settings are easy to adjust and lock firmly in place. I especially appreciate the longer backrest, which provides good support, and the wheels make it easy to move around my home gym. Great bench for the price, whether you're doing basic presses or more advanced full-body workouts. Overall it’s a good addition to my Home gym.

I've had and used this bench regularly for a couple of months now. When it arrived, I carried the parts from the box to the basement (because the box was too heavy for me), and I was impressed with the heft and quality of each piece. It took about 2 (interrupted) hours to put together. They made it very easy to identify the parts, putting 2 or 3 different parts in separate labeled bags, and clear drawings in their manual. I love this bench. It's attractive and feels high in quality. The height is perfect. The length of the back is plenty for me. I'm about 5'5" and there are several inches to spare for length. The padding is firm but comfortable and the material seems to be top-notch. The black screws look sharp against the red frame. Adjusting the incline is easy. The handles near the top are helpful for that. I find it very easy to roll around if need be. As you can see from one of my photos, you can stand it on end if space is at a premium. I'm very happy with this purchase and look forward to using it for a long time.

This is a great adjustable bench for a home gym. I’ve been lifting for 20+ years and this would honestly stand up to most of the commercial benches I’ve used. It’s not overly heavy, but not light by any means. It feels well built and super sturdy. The pads are firm, which is what I prefer. They provide the tools for put it together, but with a socket set I had it together in 20 minutes.
