It is as advertised. 1 Tb and easy to install. I cloned an 80 Gb SSD to this and it finally went well. Win 10, 3 partitions. A system, main (C), and a recovery partition. I cloned it and had 900 Gbs unallocated space. I had to delete the recovery (3rd) partition in order to expand the C drive into the unallocated space., otherwise, it would not boot. After deleting P3, I easily expanded C drive and saved room unallocated for the Recovery Partition which I'll try to clone into the unallocated space. Upgrading my PC with this SSD was a good decision, it made a huge difference in the performance. Seems to be stable. I'd recommend it.

    • im only using it for storage but no reason it wouldn't work good for gaming at its price an size.
i got this to use for external storage, i have a bunch of internal drive that i hot swap in an out of a couple different docks to keep files i dont have room for on my desktop or laptops drives so it keeps most of the stuff im not using at the time on my computer an the drives are only used to keep the files safe so they hard only hooked up to transfer the data off the drives back to the computers then replaced with updated files as they are changed on the desktop. most of the drives i have are older mechanical drives so ive had a couple die or showing signs so i got this to back those drives an to see how it works an its worked as u would expect a ssd to work. ive only used it on the docks i have running on usb3 to usb c so im not sure how much better it performs if hooked up internally but for my use its perfect, definitely better than 2.5'' an 3.5" mechanical drives. ... show more

Connected easily and was instantly recognized. Cloned my X Box One S hard drive with no problem using cloning software that I had purchased. Good price for a 1 TB drive. SSD is the best single upgrade you can put on a computer.
