  • Blazing Fast and Reliable: A Game-Changer for Storage!
Capacity: 1TB
Blazing Fast and Reliable: A Game-Changer for Storage! I recently upgraded my system with the Samsung 970 EVO Plus SSD 1TB NVMe M.2 Internal Solid State Hard Drive, and I am absolutely thrilled with its performance. Firstly, the installation was a breeze thanks to its M.2 form factor, fitting snugly into my motherboard without any hassle. Once up and running, the speed boost was immediately noticeable. The read and write speeds are astonishing, significantly reducing boot times and application load times. I can now say goodbye to those dreaded loading screens during gaming sessions! What's truly impressive is the drive's reliability. Samsung has a solid reputation for quality, and this SSD lives up to that reputation. I've experienced no slowdowns or crashes since installing it, even with heavy multitasking and demanding software. The 1TB capacity provides ample space for my extensive media library and numerous games, offering the perfect balance between speed and storage. The drive's heat management is also commendable, maintaining consistent performance without overheating. Additionally, Samsung's Magician software is a fantastic tool, offering features like firmware updates, performance optimization, and data security, adding even more value to an already outstanding product. In conclusion, the Samsung 970 EVO Plus SSD is a game-changer for anyone seeking top-tier performance and reliability in storage solutions. Whether you're a gamer, content creator, or professional requiring speed and stability, this SSD is a worthwhile investment that delivers beyond expectations. Highly recommended! ... show more

  • Working Great after 5 months!
Capacity: 500GB
installed easy and quickly and formatting was a breeze... have used for a few months now and so far everything is fast, reliable, and as it should be. Would buy again in a heart beat! THANKS! One thing to note in regards to macbook install, if you reset to factory, the ssd wont recognize... what worked for me was installing the old one - booting up and log in in as usual, then reinstalling this SSD .. (fresh wipe as well) lil frustrating but worked none the less. ... show more

  • Serves its purpose. Works good for new builds and current builds.
Capacity: 1TB
I recently made a thoughtful purchase to enhance my new PC build – a cutting-edge NVMe M.2 drive. The installation process was remarkably straightforward, provided you were well-acquainted with your motherboard's layout and knew precisely where to place it. This drive proved to be an excellent choice, offering an array of storage options that cater to various needs. Personally, I opted for the 1 TB variant, which I believe strikes an ideal balance between storage capacity and speed for gaming enthusiasts who often have 8 or more large games simultaneously installed. The transition to NVMe M.2 drives from conventional SATA options has been a game-changer for me. Not only do they offer blazing fast speeds, but the ease of installation is a major plus. You no longer need to contend with cumbersome data and power cables; instead, you simply slide the M.2 drive into its designated slot on the motherboard. This not only simplifies the setup process but also ensures a cleaner and more efficient cable management system within your PC. Overall, my decision to opt for this NVMe M.2 drive has significantly enhanced the performance and storage capacity of my new PC build. It's a testament to the ever-evolving technology in the realm of computing, and I would highly recommend considering such drives for anyone looking to upgrade their system and streamline their gaming experience. ... show more

  • Super. Fast & easy
Capacity: 1TB
The media could not be loaded. I put together my first computer way back in the last century - sometime around 1985, I think. At the time I thought that it would be a good plan to give the operating system its own space and keep it separate from whatever data (videos, pictures, text files, program data, etc) I would accumulate. So I did. I put the OS on one hard drive and used another for data. If I wanted to install an upgrade or if the drive failed, there would be no issues with my files. I've continued with that practice over the years, and have, at times, been very glad I did. The computer in the video has the operating system installed on the Samsung 970 1TB SSD. It loads fast. Really fast. There's an external hard drive for some A/V file storage, but I have another SSD for my most-used files. This kind of system has been stable and reliable over the years. Not sure, but I think all current motherboards have at least one slot for an SSD, and many have two. Installation is easy. The MB in the computer in the video has a heat sink with non-removable (and so non-lose-able) screws. It's easiest to install the SSD when first setting things up, but for the video, it was simple enough to take off and then replace the heat sink. ... show more
