  • Seamless And Speedy Integration
Capacity: 1TB Style: Xbox SSD Expansion
Works well, and is ready to plug and play out of the box. Highly recommended as part of a storage solution for your Xbox needs. Even if you have a 1tb Xbox this will match its 802gb of usable space and top it off with an additional 117gb, for a total of 919gb of added storage. I have a 512gb Series S, which is only 364gb user available space. So you can imagine the dramatic increase given by this drive. The internal storage is currently home to eight games, five of which are AAA titles. Total space taken is 359gb, along with 1.5gb of apps. So, 361.5gb of 364 available, and that's a wrap. This Seagate drive? 24 games installed on it, 15 are AAA titles, and there is still 14.3 gb leftover. So as the raw numbers suggest and all other things being equal, yes. It tripled the storage of the internal drive and functions just like it. Fast, seamless, no fuss at all. Great product that helps organize, expand, and run games on your Xbox. A worthy purchase to be sure. ... show more

  • Bit pricey but it is a very solid product and it does exactly what it's supposed to
Capacity: 1TB Style: Xbox SSD Expansion
TLDR at the very bottom I was skeptical about buying one, all that money for storage, really? No thank you. Well... that worked for me for a while lol but eventually I hit that point where it was unavoidable, I had to get something. I deal with tech all the time, I'm no expert, but I'd like to think my judgement is solid, fair, and reasonable. Anyway I'll get on to it. Pros: I know being pricey isn't exactly a pro because it is no doubt expensive but in my honest opinion it's well worth it for both but especially the 1TB. I would recommend waiting for a sale or something if you're strapped. Don't fall for FOMO. They're extremely reliable, function is genuinely impressive(no exaggeration, it is just as advertised and is just as fast as the internal drive), it is compatible with both the Xbox Series X & Xbox Series S ONLY, should be obvious but just in case. I do like the design it is very sleek, sexy, and thin but still built solid. It reminds me of the memory cards for all the old consoles we had to buy back in the day. The quality impressed me as well, no it's nothing revolutionary, but they are bult very well and they have a clear protection cap to put on the end of the card for when/if you take it out of the console so it doesn't get scratched. Small thing but I like the size, I was expecting it to be massive-ish but it's kinda tiny Cons: I do wish it wasn't as much as it is, it is a lot of money but you CAN find deals, also look at the New & Used section as well. I still feel like it's worth it for the 1TB but the 2TB price is ridiculous. $250+ - $350+ cannot be justified. It's worth MAYBE $220 at most. I wish there was a hub for the Series X and S so you could have 2 Storage Expansion Cards plugged into the console all at once because I have three of the 1TB Cards. Be VERY careful pulling it OUT of the console, it can scratch the plug in part of the Card easily so take it out as straight as possible if you have to take it out. Don't be wiggling it. The scratches won't ruin it but still... be careful. Anyway TLDR; I do recommend it, very solid product and I think the 1 TB is the perfect option but if you do have the money I'd get the 2 TB but ONLY if the 2TB is on sale. Don't forget sometimes they have the payment plans and also look for some that are in the New & Used section, you can genuinely get better prices occasionally and yes they are worth it even if it is Used. Might get one with a slight scratch or tiny cosmetic damage. They always test the product before sending it to you. ... show more

  • 3.7 TB after formatting. Was worth it for me. Less game swapping and re-downloading.
Capacity: 4TB Style: Xbox SSD Expansion
Review is for the 4 TB card. Expensive little bugger. It actually holds 3.7 TB once formatted (and it does come formatted). I.m the kind of guy who likes to keep my library local rather than download-delete-redownload due to capacity limitations. So I’ve got the 1 TB internal and two 16 TB Western Digital Element externals. I had a 1 TB expansion card but decided to upgrade to the 4 TB. Games (especially the X|S jobs) are getting so darn big these days — looking at you Call Of Duty — ridiculous). Some of them 200+ GB. I found myself moving stuff around way too much. Now having 5 GB (well 4.5 GB for games after formatting) between the internal and expansion is a breath of fresh air for me. Again, a bit pricey, but if you can swing it it’s soooo nice having the extra space for those X|S games (which MUST be played from either the internal or expansion). A few games are tagged as X|S but are still Durango under the hood so they can still be played from the externals without swapping (Halo MCC and Mass Effect Legendary come to mind). It was important to me so I didn’t mind dropping the $$$. Works great, just like the old 1 TB internal had n there….just bigger. ... show more

  • A No-Brainer Upgrade For Any Serious Xbox Gamer
Capacity: 2TB Style: Xbox SSD Expansion
For years, I used an external SSD with my Xbox, and while it did the job, it had its limitations — especially when it came to playing Series X/S games. When I saw this 2TB expansion card on sale during Prime Day, it was an instant buy. Funny enough, I paid about the same price years ago for an SSD with 1TB less storage and none of the X/S perks. This card is made for Xbox. It slides right into the dedicated slot, supports full Series X/S performance, and works flawlessly with Quick Resume. No setup headaches, no transferring files around — just plug in and play. With the size of modern games constantly climbing, this is practically a must-have. If you’re like me and enjoy rotating through a bunch of titles (not just GTA V and Call of Duty), having 3TB of total storage means no more uninstalling one game just to play another. Finally. If you're still managing space manually or stuck on external drives that can't run next-gen games natively — do yourself a favor and upgrade. This was worth every penny. ... show more

  • Awesome. Easy to use, no downsides
Capacity: 2TB Style: Xbox SSD Expansion
Is extremely easy to use, literally plug into the Xbox, a popup will show and ask if you want to use it for storage and say yes, and then boom it works, I had it for a few months now and the games installed never crash or anything.

  • Pricey but worth it
Capacity: 1TB Style: Xbox SSD Expansion
Got the smallest and cheapest version of it and I can fit like 90% of my games on my console now. The others are for sure overpriced but spring for the 1 or 2tb one and you won’t regret it.

  • No amount of additional storage is enough
Capacity: 4TB Style: Xbox SSD Expansion
3.75TB out of 4TB is usable, the "data tax" discrepancy is getting annoying. It's a proprietary SSD solution for a proprietary console, it works solidly as intended, only genuine complaint would be...Xbox 360 cards had Labels, juggling multiples of these expansion cards is getting difficult.
