When I ordered this product, originally, we were disappointed to discover that it did not work properly with a hashing rate of zero no matter what we did. Upon calling the phone number we were put in touch with the CEO of the company himself who immediately helped us and took time out of his day to send software update, information before he left for the weekend. He was professional and courteous, but sadly, his tips did not work. It appeared that the unit Was broken like others have before, with the raspberry pi simply not strong enough. And here is where small companies show they are neither a scam nor failures for upon Monday when they came back, they immediately corrected the problem by RMA a brand new unit and two day airing it out for no charge.     • Stopped working and Bitcoin not helping fix issue
Item stopped working spent weeks troubleshooting with their support team. Was told to ship back but since item was on back order I would have a long wait for the replacement. So I dropped off at UPS with their return label and RMA on it and waited. I asked for update last month and they informed me they cannot find my defective device I sent back and then pushed me off to Amazon support. Amazon support will not help because I was working with Bitcoin for so long they said they cannot help. So DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from Bitcoin merch IMO they look to be running a scam with Amazon so they do not have to replace defective items. ... show more

    • Fan burned out quickly!
Delivered December 18th and the fan stopped working January 9th so ordered new fan and not running the lander till I replaced the fan. I will see how long this lasts.

This never worked from day one and product support is basically useless. The case on the outside was put together backwards so the cord can’t plug in without it off. Then the micro Ed card that’s supposed to have all the info on it, didn’t. You have to update and do all kinds of steps that don’t happen the way the instructions say. Then when they sent a new sd card, nothing would even start up. I have a $400 dollar paper weight ... show more
