iPhone turned out greater than expected! Was like new, looks new, and battery health was at 99%! There was some minor scuffs on the screen but they were VERY small, on the edge of the screen (nothing on the middle/main screen), and won't see them once you apply a screen protector on it (which I'm sure 99% of us do with all of our phones). Overall, definitely worth it and love the "new" phone! Definitely recommend going with Amazon Premium refurbished with its 1 year guarantee where if anything goes wrong with it, just return it within that 1 year window to get a refund or replacement; definitely generous compared to other refurbished stores. However, it is a refurbished store through Amazon (or sometimes a 3rd party) so you are subjected to either getting a really good product or a not-so premium product as expected, but again you have a 1 year window to return it for a refund or exchange if you are not satisfied. ... show more

I had a terrible experience buying from renewed premium, at first, cosmetic state was a 10/10, connect it to power and it worked right away, while I was leading my apple account into the phone the screen blinked twice, I did worry about that but it did got my attention, continue the setup and then the screen went black but sound will still come out of the phone, the screen started flickering and some lines in the screen, I managed to get the service and parts section and see that pretty much all the main parts of the phone haven been replaced, logic board, battery, screen among others. contacted CS and ask for a refund, that was the only part, they accepted and I got my money back and of course I sent the phone back. this is my first bad experience, in the past I have bought two Apple Watches that are still in service until this day a year ago. ... show more

I was extremely leery of buying a used iPhone. So, I did my research. I looked at eBay, Walmart, Best Buy, Back Market and on and on. At the end of the day, the only place that made sense to me was Amazon. Almost all the other sites used third party vendors. The phone I bought from Amazon is backed by Amazon. The phone arrived in immaculate condition and is performing flawlessly. I highly recommend the “Renewed Premium” option if you really want a “like new” device.     • Fantastically Costly Refurbish
Device arrived in what looked brand new condition, but the speaker at the top was dirty and had debris inside of it. After cleaning the speaker, it now looks better. Device charges and connects just fine to network and BT devices. Getting my account and apps ported over was easy; took a good hour or so for that all to transfer + update iOS. Phone's general functionality works great and is evidently has an improved performance. Color and display is bright and vibrant and everything loads so quickly compared to the iPhone XS. Here is my concern: The battery is at 94% Maximum Capacity with a 236 cycle count. The last device I purchased through Amazon's refurbish program was an iPhone XS in 2021. That device, which I still own and use, arrived with 97% Max Cap. and less than 100 cycle count and I paid $350 for that device. After almost 4 years, it is at 74% Max Cap. and 1358 cycle count. I used my phone a TON and I wonder if this phone, being 2x the amount of my other is going to get as much life out of it as my current. This device was $800 and it is still to be determined whether it is worth over x2 the price and lower battery health specs. I just don't know if the price justifies the purchase yet. Best choice!! Phone came with a bit of glue on camera but was a quick wipe. Color is amazing and value is amazing. Battery came with 92% so accurate for premium quality! Came unlocked and was an easy switch to my carrier. Would definitely buy another tech piece!

It’s in perfect condition with 100% battery life and without scratches. It’s perfect, but the charging cable is ugly and generic that’s the only downside I don’t know if I’m lucky, but in this case it was perfect
