Where has this been all my life? If you have a front-facing washer and dryer don't even hesitate. We have this huge work surface now that we use all the time. And it's just helped our laundry room look so much more cohesive. We've got little scratches and a couple stains on top of our appliances and now you can't see them. It looks so nice and it was so easy to put together. I will say it's not quite as deep as our washer and dryer so we have to front it just a little bit. I'm not sure if that's our washer and dryer being overly large or what, but just be mindful that you might have a little bit of a gap on the back, but in our case we don't even notice it and we're just so pleased with the extra workspace. ... show more

didn’t realize how much a countertop over the washer and dryer would change my laundry routine until I installed this one. It fits perfectly and makes the space feel like an actual workstation. I finally have a flat surface to fold clothes and keep my detergent + softener dispenser all together—no more losing socks behind the machines. The wood finish looks high-end and cozy, not cheap or flimsy. Assembly was straightforward, though it did take two people to lift and place it since it’s wide. My only wish is that the mounting brackets were a little more adjustable, but once it was up, it has been sturdy and doesn’t shift. Overall, LOVE the cleaner look and functionality. This countertop made a surprisingly big difference in how finished my laundry room looks. It gives the washer and dryer area much more of a built-in appearance without the expense or commitment of installing permanent countertops. I also really like that it keeps the setup flexible. If I ever need to pull the machines out or get behind them for maintenance, I still can. That was a major reason I preferred this over a more permanent solution. My only complaint is with the snap-together assembly. In my case, the fit wasn’t quite perfect, and I ended up with a small amount of wood cracking while putting it together. Fortunately, the damage was in an area that isn’t visible once everything is assembled, so it didn’t affect the final appearance. Overall, though, I’m very happy with it. It gives the laundry room a much more polished, intentional look for far less money than custom countertops, while still letting me access the machines when needed. ... show more
