Read step by step instructions to operate the product. The cleaning button will be a solid green when operating normal. So far, it's been a pain. Keeps flashing yellow or green. So confusing!!! Tried balancing the unit. The legs are installed correctly. The only way to clean up the waste is to manually press the button. Terrible!!!!!! I unplugged the unit hoping to reset it. Nothing works!!!!!!!! That's why I gave it one star. Waste of time and money!!!!! Anyone has any suggestions I'm all for it.

Good product. WiFi doesn’t really work. But , truthfully, I don’t care when my cats do their business! My only complaint is the system is not long enough for longer felines. Weight wise, it’s great. But the barrel is not large enough or wide enough for my older feline to turn inside so she misses… not her fault. I’m opting to “toilet train” them because my younger is going to be longer and bigger than her. If you have a smaller kitty…. Not long… this will work. Product does what it says. Scoops great. Just not good for longer lengthy felines.

Cheap design. I cleaned it after 1 month but taking apart sucked and I broke the screen and barrel trying to put it back together. a $180 one time litter box! Never again.

In the past, every time I traveled for a short distance, I was always worried about the "toilet" problem of cats alone at home. Until I started this automatic cat litter basin, I realized my peace of mind! Its sensing system is like a "smart little guard". As soon as the cat approaches, it responds accurately, and I don't have to worry about it remotely at all. This refreshing feeling is so cured! I especially like its intelligent tracking and regular cleaning function. Setting the time in advance can make the cat litter basin start the self-cleaning program as soon as the cat uses it, and the whole process is almost imperceptible. Moreover, the operation and maintenance of the whole equipment is super simple, and there are no complicated cleaning steps, no parts that need to be disassembled repeatedly, and even daily wiping is omitted, which completely bid farewell to all kinds of "bad worries" brought by the traditional cat litter basin. Now it has become an indispensable cat artifact in my family, and the cost performance is so high that people can't help Amway. Who knows!
