The step ladder arrived on September 26th. It was well packaged and completely enclosed in plastic wrap to protect it while in shipment. No marks, nicks, or scratches visible. Extremely simple to open and close, with very little effort, by lifting the yellow plastic handle on the top back of the ladder. Sturdy steps with anti-slip indentations. I tried out the ladder in our bedroom closet to take down and put back up some items on shelves for future use. Steps were fine for me with size 10 ½ shoes. Four rubber tipped feet made solid contact with the floor, with absolutely no wobbling. According to my luggage scale, the ladder weighed in at 11.08 pounds, making it easy to move around where needed. Excellent product. Highly recommended to anyone looking for this type of step ladder.

I read a lot of reviews and this one impressed me because people said it was sturdy and I can confirm that is true. This was fully assembled. I just had to take it out of the box remove some plastic and wrap and open it up. I was impressed thhat it has a safety on it to keep it open and also it folds so flat. I included photos because a pic is worth 1000 words! It's very sturdy on all three steps. The top step I felt fine on and even jiggled a bit to make sure. I felt very secure. I'm going to put it upstairs but tried it out on our first floor. We have 10 foot ceilings on our first floor and I'm about 5'5". On the top step I could reach up and touch the ceiling so I could easily change a light bulb. I love this so much I might buy a second or third. It would be nice to have one on each floor (basement, mainfloor, and upstairs) Oh and it has grippers on the bottom so if you are on tile or something it won't slide. Love it!

This has been great for around the house. I have larger ladders in the garage for bigger jobs but this works well for quick light bulb, battery, or filter changes. It's sturdy but light enough for my wife to lift.
