The media could not be loaded. I bought this for my daughter's cat, and it absolutely loves it! It requires almost no setup at all, and cleaning out the litter waste is a piece of cake — just like handling regular garbage bags, you pull the string on the bag, which seals the waste right up. Then you take out the old bag, put in a new one, and you're done. No more struggling with scooping litter! We're so satisfied with this product that we recommended it to our neighbor last week. Don’t waste your money. I currently have a Mewant so i know how these work, and wanted another automatic litter but didn’t wanna spend another $300. For this new litter sensors don’t work. They don’t detect the cat. It also doesn’t always automatically dumps their poop. When it does spin, it gets stuck and won’t finish a complete spin, and i have to manually put it back in place. Litter box quality feels cheap. The compartment box where the trash goes doesn’t slide in smoothly and won’t go in the correct way, so that causes the box to not detect it and will not work until you get it in correctly. The only way i can make it go in correctly is taking the top part out (which is the main top part where they pee and poop) and pushing the compartment trash from the inside. I also cannot use their app bc i do not have the 2.4G wifi but that’s not a big deal. I will be returning this item. So far, I requested a refund but haven’t heard back. ... show more

I’ve had it two days. Easy setup. Easy app pairing. Great on telling me when cat is in and how much they weigh. Otherwise so far, I am not impressed. It has not run one cycle without stopping because of anti punch sensor stopping it. Or gravity sensor stopping it. Or having to manually dump it over so it empties into the bin. Otherwise my cats like it. I bought it to replace another type that I had two years that just quit working. I wanted one that my cat cannot pee through. He has bad knees so doesn’t squat to pee or poo. He had an injury as a kitten. Otherwise is normal active cat. Most likely will return and buy a different brand. ... show more

Works perfectly and paid a lot less. My cats love this litter box but I don't think it would be good for large cats. I love the fact that I don't have to scoop cat poop!!!!! Oh and it's so easy to clean which is a bonus.

There is something wrong with the sensors and it will not "Automatically Self Clean". So, now I have to return it. Taking a use litter box to the UPS. I'm not sure why they didn't just tell me to throw it away... GROSS! I sent an email to the seller and so far no response. Very disappointing! I really wanted it to work... ... show more

It's nice, and the sensors are a great addition, but my cat sends the cat litter to the floor at the same time cat litter falls in the dump pan. This would be good for small cats, two little for the bigger ones. I'm going back to panning myself.

Worked for all of about a week or so and then I noticed it started getting jammed when it would try to dump the litter. There’s a reset button on the app so I’d reset and all was fine. Well after a couple days of doing that the litter box now won’t even dump. I’ve tried to take it apart and put it back together in hopes of it working because I don’t see anywhere that it’s jammed and that didn’t help either. Might be a lot cheaper than most automatic litter boxes but it’s for a reason. ... show more

After one week so far it’s been great. Unboxed it & let it sit out for a few days so my cat could see it. Assembly & setup was very easy. Just follow the instructions on the big card enclosed. Once setup up I used “old litter” to get started with it. Took a few days for my cat to get the hang of it but so far all is great. The smell is 99.9% gone as all is left is just the smell of “litter” & that’s what I was expecting. My cat is 17 pounds on the bigger side not fat just a large cat. Cycle is 6 minutes after use & seems to work just fine. ... show more
