I absolutely love this robot vacuum! After weeks of researching models with the best suction power, I’m so glad I chose this one. It picks up an impressive amount of dust and tiny particles I didn’t even realize were on our floors. It transitions effortlessly from hard floors to carpet and navigates around obstacles with ease—then keeps right on cleaning. The battery life is excellent and it runs for hours, and I love the convenience of starting it right from the app while I’m working in another room. We’d had it for about three weeks when my parents visited, and they were blown away by how powerful and efficient it was. A week later, we surprised them with one of their own so they don’t have to worry about daily sweeping. The mopping function is another favorite feature! Even with just water, it leaves my floors shiny and squeaky clean. It’s definitely worth the investment. I’m already planning to buy another one for upstairs, and honestly, if I could gift this to everyone I know, I would. Highly recommend!

The media could not be loaded. Bought this as a replacement for an old robo vacuum. It passed all expectations with its powerful vacuum, mopping, easy-to-use app with simple setup. It’s need quick setup to understand home layout and build map with room boundaries. You can setup restriction zones & no-mopping areas on carpets. It picks up all small dirt particles and hair with ease. The low design helps it clean under the sofa, bed, and center table. I love the long spot cleaning, zone cleaning, and room-level scheduling options! I have it scheduled to clean the full house at 7:00 AM, and it efficiently handles both vacuuming and mopping. It's very quiet, powerful, and quick to find rooms and cleaning routes."

This little robot was easy to set up, easy to program cleaning choices/areas and it works extremely well. I can schedule a clean and even monitor it via the app when not at home. I have 2 cats that shed furiously and get cat litter everywhere. This unit handles a tile floor as well as throw rugs and shag carpet without issue, moving up and down surfaces of varying heights. I highly recommend this produc and am extremely pleased.

This was our first robot vacuum. Mapping was good, though it did tend to get lost sometimes and would occasionally do the same area(s) over again. I liked that I could pick up my phone with the app and see exactly where it was. I could also tell it to "pause" along with some other things from my phone if I wanted. Depending on its location, it sometimes had trouble relocating the base to recharge, and sometimes wanted to BANG it's way through the hallway to get to the charging base on the other side. Recharging was slower than I liked, but I don't have any history to compare it with. Suction was excellent...we have a "German shedder dog" so I put it on MAX for hair removal. It worked very well, and I really liked how it sensed our low profile rugs and increased suction even more for those. I was amazed at the amount of very fine dust it also managed to pick up from our luxury vinyl plank floors (we live in a dusty area). I never tried the mopping function. I would have also liked if I could have increased the vacuum's voice volume more, as when it was running I couldn't always make out what she was saying. After running it for a total of just over 26 hours, it started getting wonky and going in circles - which by itself I would have dealt with to some degree. What made me return it is I couldn't get it to start cleaning with a room other than the room the base was in. The "order of cleaning" wouldn't work. So the room with the base kept getting cleaned over and over again, then it would have to recharge after about an hour of running on that room, and other rooms wouldn't get done even with "resume," set - due to the long recharging time. I didn't want to run it overnight. If I picked it up and took it to another room, it would start remapping the whole house all over again, even though it had mapped and cleaned that room before. Customer service technician was excellent, and instead of he telling me what to try - first asked me what I had already tried, then said what I'd done was all exactly what he would have asked me to do. So no time was wasted there. Return was prompt and efficient.

This item works really great. Good for the price I paid and had a coupon offer. The only thing is the side brushes don't extend out far enough to get closer to edges when transitioning to another area. When going from my kitchen to hallway there's about a 1/2 incline when negotiating that it misses the area in between and leaves debris. But it does keep the dogs hair picked up. This was my fist unit. I'll check other models they have and probably upgrade..

It maps rooms quickly and efficiently, rarely misses a spot, and avoids obstacles better than expected. The suction power is strong enough to pick up pet hair, crumbs, and fine dust in a single pass.
