Another reviewer had leaking issues, i remedied the leak they mentioned by adding one of the extra rubber gaskets inside the leaky hole, and wrapping the connection with the provided tape. Anyway, Love it! I love the level of adjustability this set gives u. The sky's the limit, basically. The rain shower head may not work well for showers without much forward moving space. At least not for people who don't want to constantly have their hair soaked. But that's to do with rain shower heads in general. There was the common water pressure limiters installed that are generally required by code now, but i stuck a knife in those things and removed em, and the water pressure is great. I didn't even try it before removing those. The handheld shower thingy has a ton of spray options. But when attached to the wall it doesn't adjust downwards enough to be used as a normal shower head. So i just used a 135° angled shower attachment and ball swivel attachment i had between the head and the holder, and that gave it the perfect adjustability. ... show more

seems a little too heavy when water is on due to the height of the showerhead but it’s overall a good buy. it also has the option to stop the water coming out from both heads while keeping the water source on which is convenient

If you're like me and have champagne taste on a beer budget; this is the ultimate shower head for you too. We've had this shower head combo installed for a few weeks now and showering has been Ah-mazing! I feel like I'm showering at an upscale resort with these large heads and it can be shipped to California! There's a built-in filtration device and both heads are able to operate at the same time. That's right, both heads will run water out at the same time and without weakening the pressure. The hand-held head has multiple sprayer options. I love the idea and concept of this shower head. It's easy enough to install, but unfortunately it leaks... at almost every connection and at the filter. I've tried fixing it myself, had a plumber friend try fixing it, and my local handy man. No matter what we have tried, the leaking doesn't stop. Just be cautious when setting this up. ... show more

At first touch I couldn't tell if this was aluminum/metal or plastic. The housing for the rain fall head and shower wand are plastic but the hardware, connecting spout, and the hose/fittings are all metal. As a whole it has a very nice feel to the finish. Some people may think it feels a little bit light but the rain fall head sticks out about a foot and a half from the shower arm after installation so it being light is probably less strain on the arm. The on/off button controls for the shower heads are super cool and work well so far. This thing looks awesome. Installation took about 15 minutes for me. The picture diagrams were easy enough to follow so I didn't really need to read the manual. I temporarily covered the fittings with a single layer of duct tape before using the provided wrench to tighten anything to prevent scratching. Make sure to tighten the two Allen screws on the fastening hardware that goes on to the shower arm. The entire fixture will be loose if overlooked. Lastly, this shower head is awesome to use. The rainfall head is nice and tall and almost reaches the center of the tub. The hose head has plenty of different spray settings with great pressure from both.
