We tried it out at home to see if we would need to set the time and realized the time resets from the atomic clock automatically. No having to worry about the clock having to be reset after a power failure. That’s really an advantage when someone with dementia or movement problems would have to rely on someone else to reset the clock. The clock is great; very easy to read. My mom has low vision and can read it easily. We bought a different but similar product; this JALL digital clock from the Charger Home store is far superior. The clock and calendar are very visible for people with low vision. I also appreciate the auto night dimming feature. But the best feature of this clock are the people who stand behind their product. I didn’t really hardly have to program this at all. It knew exactly what to do on its own pretty much. I bought this for an 89-year-old and it’s working great. She doesn’t ask me as often. It has a super bright light so at night it’s a good night light. We keep it in the front room. She always was asking what day it was what time and this really works great.
