Great design. The stability of the frozen ice packs on your knee injury that are inside the wrap really helps to ice your knee injury properly to promote healing. Doctor recommended an icing knee wrap, as opposed to frozen peas, corn, or ice bags, and bought this based on the reviewer recommendations. Bought the extra 3 pack of ice packs, too, to rotate them. The brace is durable and comfortable. There is a little struggle to insert the frozen, rigid ice packs into the wrap’s interior slots, but doesn’t impact the overall appreciation for the functionality and design. A few weeks after using this, I can attest that the stable icing of the knee has contributed to the healing.

Good quality material that provides stability and support on my knee. The ice packs are removeable and can be stored in the freezer with it without the brace part. The ice packs stay cold for a long time and wrap around the knee.

I really like this ice wrap because it covers such a big area, including behind the knees. It's much like wearing a knee brace. The construction seems durable and it is easy to use. My only issue is that the ice packs are a bit difficult to get into the pouches on the wrap, especially when they are frozen. It's a pretty minor issue, though. The velcro straps work well and keep the wrap tight and in position. This works very well for swelling on the knee. Because of the large surface area, it's pretty sure to get the area than needs attention. Great product!

This ice pack is truly a game change for someone with knee issues. I am recovering for knee surgery for a torn meniscus and also have pretty bad osteoarthritis in the same knee. This is pack ices your entire knee at once. I saw a comment that it doesn't stay cold for long. I have not experienced that at all. I can usually ice my knee 2-3 times before the gel packs have to go back in the freezer. It works great. I have recommended it to several friends. Easy to use and a good value.

I'm a picky buyer and frequently return stuff that is shoddy. I am particularly extremely satisfied with this product. I have a degenerative oblique tear of my entire meniscus. I've had the cortisone and am almost 'bone on bone' as well and they don't recommend surgery in my case. This has ice 'in all the right places' of my knee that hurt..both sides and back and front...Evidently I also have a displaced patella...so I also have pain around my patella. This wrap takes care of ALL my problems with my knee in one fell swoop. It is well made, and the ice packs are sturdy and well made also and don't take up too much room in my freezer. I've used it while gardening and gotten it dirty and hand washed it. It came out excellently, as good as new. I am really impressed with this knee brace and 'ice pack. I'm not impressed with too many products made these days, but this is one I fully endorse...Awesome job and kudos to whomever designed and manufactured these. I used to be a massage therapist and bodyworker and have seen a lot of different durable medical devices. I recognize something well made and useful when I see it and will be telling others about this and getting some for family who also have knee problems. The price is great also for the quality, durability and usability of this item. I use it all the time and took it with me recently on a week long trip where I did more walking than usual and it really helped me with pain post walking..It completely numbs the area. Don't put it on for more than 20 minute intervals at a time. Ice initially constricts blood vessels and circulation but secondarily opens the blood vessels and increases circulation. I have also used this on my lower back arthritis, though it is not made for this, it still works!
