This awning is the perfect size for our breezeway. It was the only one I found of this size. It is the 12 ft size. Color is a mango for clarity. Now for the aggravating part. Two people. Two hours. You basically have to assemble it to make any adjustments. There is a lot of holding it place while you assemble. Some of the screws stripped. I didnโ€™t feel it would be very sturdy standing on its own so we reinforced it by anchoring it to the house. Other than that- now that itโ€™s done- I love it!!! ... show more

    • Little complicated
Shipped fast, instructions were a bit complicated. Need two people to assemble and set up. Not sure how buyers get this to stand on its own. It has 2 back legs but is front heavy when itโ€™s fully extended. We had to be creative with the back legs to keep them in place and grounded

    • very poor quality
The parts does not match so it is very difficult to assembly the horizontal aluminum rod. In particular one or more of middle connectors do not match. Also there are missing parts (screws) plus some of the plastic parts came smashed and broken. Very poor quality and thus very overpriced.

The media could not be loaded. The awning is beautiful! But I must say the instructions on how to assemble were not great!!!! I had to use common sense and figure things out. Took a long time to put together and hoping this lasts. Not sure how sturdy this really is. But so far so good.
