Great little exerciser for quick workout. After a 10 minute session, I get a tightening at my calf and thigh muscles as if i have just worked out. Base is stable and has sticks feet so it does not slide around but not too heavy to pick. The vibration is consistent and has many levels and intensity. Remote has been working as intended but has a touch control also. Unit is compact enough to be put under by work desk. I weight 200 lbs and unit has been able to keep up with my weight. Noise is low during operation and can be used during my online work meetings without disturbance.

As someone who has been using vibration plates for years, I have to say I am impressed with this one, especially considering how affordable it is compared to the model I purchased a while back. My previous vibration plate cost significantly more, and while it has served me well, this one offers nearly all the same features at a fraction of the price. I’ve been a big believer in the benefits of vibration plates for muscle recovery, improving balance, and enhancing workouts, so I was excited to try this model. Right out of the box, it was ready to go, and I was surprised at how intuitive it is to use. The remote control is handy, but I also appreciate the foot controls for quick adjustments during a session. The multiple speed settings and preset modes make it versatile enough for both recovery and workout enhancement. What I really appreciate is how compact and powerful it is. It takes up very little space but doesn’t compromise on performance. The vibration levels are strong and smooth, and it’s clear that this machine is built to last. After testing it out myself, I’m excited to give it as a gift to a friend who has been curious about vibration plates but hesitant because of the high price point of a lot of models. I am confident they will appreciate the gift. If you’re considering a vibration plate and want something good quality without breaking the bank, this is a great choice.

I loved it and used it almost everyday for about 2-3 months. Eventually, the left side stopped vibrating and if any weight put on it, sunk down and stayed down. I should’ve immediately notified the manufacturer & seller since it was supposed to have a 1 year warranty. I waited a month or 2, hoping that it would miraculously work ok again. It just got worse. Since it was past the return period, I emailed the manufacturer on 6/09, per the booklet that was included. I’ve yet to hear back. I also notified the seller. They pretty much said “too bad, past the 30 day return.” Offered no assistance with the manufacturer or attempt to help find someone to repair. I am the only one who used it, 165lbs.

Be informed, this comes from China. My remote doesn’t work properly. When I downloaded the information on my phone from their pamphlet, I would have to call China. Not something I want to do other than that. I can adjust some things manually, it seems to work OK. The instructions are not clear. If I bought this again, I would go with an American product.
