The media could not be loaded. I received this GDCOO Vibration Plate Exercise Machine around christmas which was the perfect gift.I work in accounting and sit for hours at a desk so this was much needed. Very easy to set up, and within minutes, I was ready to start using it and comes with a remote control which makes it that much easier. This is set up at my work station from my desk and I usually use it during my breaks. Very easy to adjust vibration on it to any intensity, a simple functionality. This is perfect for a warmup before heading to the gym as I usually do right after work. The machine is very quiet so it does not disrupt my coworkers. I usually keep vibration range from 5-15 level. I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my balance, muscle tone, and overall endurance after just a few weeks of use and peferct for blood flow after sitting for hours not doing much physically. This one also comes resistance bands i tend to use just for flexing arms very light resistance training. They provide a great upper-body workout in addition to the vibration which is also good for a morning routine.It has definetly helped with less muscle soreness and to feel more energized throughout the day. The LCD display is clear and easy to navigate, showing the time, speed, and mode. Overall, this has been the perfect gift i would recomend to all office workers or those who have trouble getting to the gym very good fit.

I saw some videos online about this machine and decided to purchase one. This exercise machine does help to release pain. It comes with remote control and there have multiple levels from low to high, set timers. It’s a good size for an adult I believe up to 200lbs. (Not sure if could be above) . So far it works pretty well, after working hours, we tried to use at least 10 minutes a day, felt so release.
