Great suitcases at a great price

We bought the 3 bag set for our trip to Italy and they held up well. The double wheels are easy to roll and you can get a lot of clothes into these bags. The zippers are sturdy and there are lots of inner compartments to hold shoes and other items. Love the red color which made them easy to spot in the airport. The plastic is sturdy but not heavy.

I was a little concerned given this was only about $50. It might have some quality issues, but I have taken this on a couple of flights, and have not had any issues. Definitely would buy again and probably will.

I haven't gotten to use it yet but the zippered compartments are great and the look is perfect. Seems sturdy enough. Wheels are smooth. Extending handle works easily. Color I got was unique enough to be able to see it in an overhead bin easily. It's light and extends a decent amount.

The wheel fell off the first day of our three-week trip

We bought the 20" version of this bag about 18 months ago and traveled with it multiple times since without a problem. Before traveling to Alaska for three weeks, we decided to replace our old 28" bags with the 28" version of this brand, since we liked the smaller version so much. We bought two sets and packed both to be well under the 50-lb limit set by the airlines. The wheel broke off my husband's bag as we wheeled it into the hotel on the first night of our trip. The first wheel on my 28" bag broke off on the 10th day of our travels, and a second wheel on my 28" bag was missing when we got to the airport for our final leg home. We left home with a total of 8 wheels between the two bags. We made it home with 5. Not great odds. I admit that we were on and off multiple planes, trains, and buses during our journey, but that's what travel often is and that's what your luggage is supposed to survive. According to the manufacturer, this luggage is, "...made of ABS. The major benefits of this material - it is extremely lightweight, it is durable, and protects the contents of your luggage." I would suggest that unless you're packing to do a driving trip that doesn't involve anyone else handling your luggage, pick a different brand. Their five-year warranty doesn't cover "damage by the common carrier" making this stuff worthless for anyone traveling on commercial carriers...which is most of us.

I accidentally and through no fault of my own put this thing through the test. I check my carry-on at the gate once I am past TSA every time (its free) plus I have a real DOT Service Dog (I am a 100% Disabled American Veteran) that travels with me and he is a large dog so it frees up my hand to check the bag at the gate. It survived very very well with no scratches. Even after being on multiple plans, lost twice, and delivered back to my house from the airport. It successfully made to my destination and home. Lol. It's easy to handle and glides well. It is the perfect fit for carry-on. It has a lot of space. I can pack for a week in it using a small vacuum seal bag, still adding more clothes on top and some extras, and to include accessories being added as well. It is a deep beautiful blue 💙 I love the color.
