There's a lot I like about this tea kettle. The fact that the hot water is not touching plastic anywhere was the biggest reason I bought it. The size is great. The handle is great. Easy to fill. Heat quickly. What I don't like about it is it has these wonderful presets on the front but once you press one and then hit the start button you can't change it without hitting the stop button first and then selecting another one. I'm very happy with this product. It is nice looking, easy to clean, and can boil up to 6cups of water per pot. I chose the black with the coppery accents to go with the rest of my kitchen appliances, and to me, it looks very elegant. (Lol, I'm so fancy 🤭) My favorite feature of this product is the temperature selection for heating up your water. This feature gives you the opportunity to heat water to specific temps from 175° to boiling, which is handy when you have lighter teas and you don't want to burn your leaves, or you're trying to heat up a cup-o-noodle soup! Yes, I've used my kettle to fast boil water to pour into my cup-o-soup and it came out perfect👌🏽 I specifically enjoy using my kettle for more than just tea, as mentioned above. But if you are looking for a tea kettle just for tea, this is a kettle for you. If you like coffee in the morning and tea in the afternoon, this is a kettle for you (there's a French Press setting, too!). Overall, I'm very satisfied with my purchase. ... show more

I've had this product for 1 month. We use it daily, using only filtered water, and wash between uses. Even then, this product already began getting rust spots on the bottom of the kettle. After contacting the manufacture, they have refused to honor their warranty and refused to replace or refund the kettle. They were argumentative and insisted that the issue we were facing was just mineral depossits even after I sent them photos of the pitting rust spots, after cleaning it with 50/50 vinigar and water (the only solution they recommend), and after specifically asking for a replacement. This product does heat and keep texture well, but due to this $100 kettle rusting withing 30 days of use. I would not recommend this product to anyone. ... show more
