Pros: nice to look at, well built, heats up quickly, infuses well (I put loose tea in a bag before putting into the infuser so it’s easier to clean up), temperature control is nice Cons: the volume of the beeping. And the beeping for everything (buttons, removing the kettle, turning it on, turning itself off). Biggest con for me is when it’s done reaching the set temperature it turns itself off. You have then go and set it to maintain a certain temp for 30 minutes. (It does beep to tell you it’s off). It’d be much better if it defaulted to staying hot for 30 minutes after reaching your set temperature

Just received this today and it functions really well out of the box. Heats quickly and keeps the tea warm after brewing. Biggest part for me is the peace of mind that comes with leaving tea bags behind. They’re full of microplastics so being able to use loose leaf tea in the stainless steel infuser is a massive plus. I will update this review after a few months have passed but so far so good!
