I'm very happy with this product. It is nice looking, easy to clean, and can boil up to 6cups of water per pot. I chose the black with the coppery accents to go with the rest of my kitchen appliances, and to me, it looks very elegant. (Lol, I'm so fancy 🤭) My favorite feature of this product is the temperature selection for heating up your water. This feature gives you the opportunity to heat water to specific temps from 175° to boiling, which is handy when you have lighter teas and you don't want to burn your leaves, or you're trying to heat up a cup-o-noodle soup! Yes, I've used my kettle to fast boil water to pour into my cup-o-soup and it came out perfect👌🏽 I specifically enjoy using my kettle for more than just tea, as mentioned above. But if you are looking for a tea kettle just for tea, this is a kettle for you. If you like coffee in the morning and tea in the afternoon, this is a kettle for you (there's a French Press setting, too!). Overall, I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

It's beautiful and made well. Large capacity and indicates near the buttons what temperature is best for specific teas and heats fast. I only wish it had an automatic timer to turn the pot on in the morning, but not a big enough deal to take away a star.

Pros: nice to look at, well built, heats up quickly, infuses well (I put loose tea in a bag before putting into the infuser so it’s easier to clean up), temperature control is nice Cons: the volume of the beeping. And the beeping for everything (buttons, removing the kettle, turning it on, turning itself off). Biggest con for me is when it’s done reaching the set temperature it turns itself off. You have then go and set it to maintain a certain temp for 30 minutes. (It does beep to tell you it’s off). It’d be much better if it defaulted to staying hot for 30 minutes after reaching your set temperature

The Viante electric pot is very easy to use. The water heats quickly, and the temperature controls are easy to read. There are 5 options for temperature, in addition to the temperature number, the appropriate tea/coffee is listed. Just press the temp you want and press start. The pot turns off when the desired temperature is reached. Update: I purchased this Jan 28 2023. Today, Jan 4 2024, it quit working. It was used about 3 - 4 times per week. An expensive pot for such a short time of use. Very disappointed! UPDATE: I went online to see if I could order a replacement heater element and the website for Vianteusa is broken. There is no support or way to salvage this TERRIBLY expensive water heater with tea brewer! My advise is to choose a different model and brand to boil water/brew tea. I had contacted Amazon when the element quit working and got no support or communication from them. Very disappointed.

I’m so surprised how amazing this thing is!!!! I’ve always done tea the tradition way, tea kettle, tea pot, bone china, etc. I decided to take a chance on this just to try it. This thing heats up incredibly fast. I’ll start the water and before I’ve even gotten my cup, creamer, and sugar out, it’s read at the perfect temperature for what tea you’re making. I didn’t even know it was possible to heat water this fast. The tea steeper that it comes with is also perfect, it’s the kind with little holes instead of mesh, which keeps pieces of loose tea from getting in your water. I drink an absurd amount of tea and this thing holds a LOT. Sometimes I use it only to heat the water so I can drink different teas as the mood strikes me, but of course I have a favorite so it’s nice that I can also steep my tea in this thing and have a pot of it. Pull the infuser out when you get it just right then later you can reheat it if you feel like drinking some more. They always recommend you use vinegar to clean your teaware, a smelly cleaning method that’s hard to get rid of, and you have to soak it for an absurd amount of time to achieve only mediocre results, when you can literally just rinse it all out using a little bit of baking soda and water that instantly removes all tea residue and leaves it squeaky clean.
