The thickness of the stainless steel with the hard enamel finish produces a much better boil. Never going back to other brands. My kitchen is pretty contemporary but this retro design fits right in I love the auto shut off and this dusty jade color fits right in with the glass tiles. Just look how lovely it looks sitting née m t to my Keurig and French press.so whether it’s tea, coffee or a noodle soup this heats up quickly , had a large 7 cup capacity and is a breeze to clean.
