This awning is exactly as advertised. I was leary of ordering the 157 inch as I was afraid it wouldn't be durable enough in that length, but it is built very well! The included instructions aren't very good, but with the online videos, it was supper easy to install. All you need is a screwdriver and a couple pair of plyers. It fits the opening perfectly and looks like I had it made to order. It looks very nice with the scalloped front edge and the color goes well with my house. The tension rod supports hold it in place better than I expected, and can even take some wind. The material feels very durable. Time will tell. đ It's an excellent product for the price!

I got the 78â wide version and am very happy so far. Putting it together was easier than the reviews here indicated. It took about an hour. Installation worked best with another person helping. When wind gets over 20 mph thereâs some rocking of the awning so I wouldnât keep it up on windy days. But itâs great for sitting outside in noon sun and has better coverage than an umbrella.

I gave 4 stars for the product because of poor instructions. The awning itself looks nice and work well where I installed it. The tension poles can be adjusted to secure well. It survived the high wind and rain well. The instructions is so bad, so horrible. The illustrations are awful and useless. I had to watch video and Google YT for help. It should be just simple to install. If each piece are labeled it would have been easy to identified and will help with installation.

Garbage item I all around. Barely had it up for 2 days. I always made sure it was closed when I wasnât outside and the arms snapped when it was closed and wasnât even breezy out. Pissed me off and now I gotta find a huge box to try to return this crap!

With 3 windows facing the West, it gets really hot. (In the first photo) the awning is folded up all the way when not in use, it isn't an eye sore and you can hardly notice it. (Second photo) it's a little under half way down, just for the photo. (Third photo) is the awning fully down to cover the windows from the hot sun. Just wanted to show there are many positions to fit your needs. The final two photos show the incredible temperature difference the awning makes in our home! 20 degrees! Everything else is also there, color, size, quality, rain protection, sturdiness and price. Hands down a great buy.

Works perfectly for what I needed it for my little backyard. I used to have a gazebo but this is a much better option since it takes up way less floor space. Also the canopy material for this is a lot thicker, and I'm hoping more durable than a gazebo canopy, which doesn't hold up on the Arizona sun/heat. I don't like that a lot of parts are plastic since they'll probably break some day but these are very affordable to just replace the whole thing if that happens. If you get one of the larger sizes (I got 118 inch) you will probably need somebody to help you set this up, it was REALLY hard by myself to hang up. Everything else was easy though.

The assembly instructions are probably the worst I've ever seen and I was missing a washer but the product, once assembled, is what I was expecting and will serve my purposes nicely assuming it holds up. I have contacted the company to see if they will send me the missing washer because it is a special notched washer and I'm not sure how easy it will be to find at a hardware store. I give it 3 -stars for now and would consider a higher star review if customer service responds about the missing part and sends a replacement.
