I'm honestly not sure how to rate this. I poured it into my water softener, but I don't really have any way testing it's effectiveness however. If I was to improve anything, it would be some way to measure out each treatment.

Great product! It does a great job keeping my unit efficient! We have pretty bad water with lots of cholrine and this does a good job of bringing it back to life after it starts to foul.

Somewhat difficult to tell if this is working or not. Water softener works as it should after cleaning with the solution. Hoping it will extend the life of my water softener.

I got this Velocity Water Softener Cleaner Solution because we are on well water with a water softener system and it tends to have the resin get gunked up when we don't use a softener cleaner. The instructions were clear and easy to follow while being very similar to other products that I've used in the past. I can't say for certain that my water is better or worse but I can say that it has maintained my system the same as other products over the past few months. Overall, happy with the product.
