This was exactly what I was looking for. I was getting tired of refilling my filter water pitcher and wanted a better solution. This was it. After researching and reading the reviews I decided to take the plunge and try it. To my surprise it was very easy to install. Took me 15 minutes start to finish. Clear instructions and videos are available for you to watch on YouTube how to install it. It can’t get any easier. The product is very simple to use and is very well designed and made. I noticed no change in my water pressure and the water taste is very good quality. The price is right for what you get maybe even better than what you paid for. I have treated municipality water supply so my filtration needs are not to bad and the level of filtration is sufficient for my needs. If you have well water or in untreated water supply you should consider a better filter for your water supply needs like a 3 stage filter. Because this filter may not be enough for your needs. I can be wrong but I recommend doing your research before buying. But for my solution was this water filter. Very happy with it and will be add a second one to my bathroom sink next. The media could not be loaded. Great simple design and rather easy install! The only issue I had while installing was not having the right connector on my faucet hose. Soooo halfway through setting it up I had to go to Lowe’s and find the attachment. But they basically couldn’t find it and suggested I use my original hose and just connect that to the filter hose. (I’m a female who knows nothing about plumbing) So yes I had everything I needed but it would’ve been helpful to know this could be an issue at the BEGINNING of the instructions instead of step 3. It tells you to call the service team for help and it’s like 7 pm lol. Anyways, no leaks (so far) even with tightening by hand cause I had too small of a wrench. I love this concept for my apartment. I hate wasting plastic bottles and I really hope this works for a while. My Water tastes sooo much better too. ... show more
