Super easy to instal. You need couple crescent wrenched or plyers. Plumbing dikes are good, little heavy for simple fittings. I would suggest mounting unit inside cabinet and then look at which sides to plug in the water lines for in and out. The top pops off the unit, so it’s easy to see the mounting screws to tighten them, once you have your water lines plugged in. This keeps unit from moving around and coming off the screws. The plug-in water lines go almost all the way in and a tug lets you know they won’t pop out. I had zero issues or leaks. Water is full of tiny bubbles, and clean. Love this. Now my cold line can fill for coffee, wash vegetables, get filtered water for cooking, and if I wash my hands at least cold hot mix reduces chlorine by 50%. Thank you!

We live out in the country where we have city water that is gross. I drank bottled water up to 13 a day. My husband decided that it would be more economically beneficial for us to have a water filter system. I tell you the water filter is a dream a 100% better. Easy installation. There is no Smell. It will not make your water Cold but with filtered water ice cube is good. My coffee taste so much better as well.

I've had multiple reverse osmosis filters and a few different in-sink and under-sink filters in my life. I like the RO stuff the best for flavor so far, but I'm always terrified that ridiculous amount of shark-bite 1/4 tubing on the cheaper RO setups is going to leak (and for good reason, they do tend to leak), and RO filters are more expensive to set up and maintain. This was easy peasy to set up and the replacement filters are cheap and easy too. We tried this one because of the value and the gallons rating on the filter. It works well, especially for the value, but I have a few tips to help you have the best experience. 1-When you install, you'll want to make sure you have the right tubes and lengths. If you don't know the different between the different types of threads (comp vs npt) and when to use or not use plumbers tape (NOT with NPT fittings), make sure to do your homework first (youtube, home depot, or similar is great) or hire a plumber so you don't have an expensive leak problem waiting to happen. 2-The 1/8" metal fittings that go into the filter housing need to be put in pretty firmly, then pulled on less firmly to ensure they are set tightly. If they pop out, they weren't in far enough. 3-We find that the first 5-15 seconds of water flow has more of a chlorine flavor after a few hundred gallons have gone through the filter. It's not super strong, but running the water about 15 seconds before filling up our water bottles makes a noticeable difference (almost no chlorine flavor. This is probably because we have our drinking water on its own separate faucet (this one, which works fine: Kablle Drinking Water Faucet, Reverse Osmosis Faucet, Water Filtration Faucet, Drinking Water Purifier Faucet, Matte Black, B10) and we don't put as many gallons through it every day as the product is designed to deal with. The instructions tell you to run the water so much every day to keep the filter in prime condition.

I wasn’t expecting much when I first ordered the Waterdrop under-sink filter, especially at this price point — but it’s honestly exceeded all my expectations. The installation was straightforward (even for someone who isn’t super handy), and the water taste improved immediately. You can actually tell the difference — it’s cleaner, crisper, and no more weird aftertaste from the tap. But what really made me a fan for life was their customer service. I had a small issue with a connection piece not fitting perfectly, and I reached out not really expecting much. Robbie Li from their team replied quickly, was incredibly helpful and polite, and made sure I got exactly what I needed — no runaround, no hassle. He even followed up to make sure everything worked out. In a world where customer service is usually an afterthought, Robbie and the Waterdrop team really stood out. I rarely write reviews, but this was worth the time. Highly recommend both the product and the company behind it.

Super easy to install, I'm not pro. However, at first I didn't have the correct attachment from out the filter to the faucet, I reached out to their customer service and they went above and beyond in helping me. They sent the correct attachment I needed and I got the filter up and running! Shoutout to Rebecca for helping me with that. The filter itself is great, there was a slight chlorine taste before thats not present at all now. Before, I used a Breta sink attachment, and it had all sorts of problems and needed to be replaced regularly. I like that this only needs to be changed every year, way less stress. Overall one of my best purchases lately.
