I was surprised by how easy this filter was to install. Took me maybe fifteen minutes start to finish and I didn't need any tools beyond what came in the box. The difference in water taste is huge crisp and super clean. I drink a ton of water every day and it's nice not having to rely on bottled anymore. It fits neatly under the sink without taking up space and the flow rate is great. Definitely worth it if you want better water without a complicated setup.

tl;dr; I purchased two of these to replace a competitor's units that have become difficult to find filters for. The Waterdrop 10UA Pro has produced better, to my taste at least, water and has a better design that works without getting water everywhere when changing the filters. I have had two under sink units from another manufacturer that I had to screw into the back of the cabinets under the sinks that I attached them to. At the time, this was the only way to put a good under sink unit in. After years of use, the filters for my original units has become difficult to find and the cost has gone up as well. This led me to shop around and see if there was anything else that was at least the same quality or better. Enter Waterdrop. I have a gravity fed filter from Waterdrop that I have not used yet, and I forgot that it was even from Waterdrop until after I found the 10UA Pro unit. Looking at the unit, it surprised me that more companies are not offering either an upside down mounted filter system or one like the 10UA Pro that sits on the bottom of the cabinet. No screws. Just attach the lines, twist in the filter and open the valves. Instant filtered water with perhaps the easiest installation method out there. It is quite impressive that the filter also has steel water lines instead of the inexpensive PTFE tubing that most under sink units come with. This makes the Waterdrop my new goto for places that I want a quick setup and easy to maintain filter at. I am looking forward to being able to place a towel under the 10UA Pro and remove the filter to see just how much water is actually lost. With my previous filters, there was always a lot of water that was everywhere on the towel that it was frustrating to have to remove everything under a sink prior to chaning the filter. While I have yet to do that, it looks like the Waterdrop 10UA Pro will have little loss which helps me get filters swapped faster.

We live in an area with pretty hard water. It tastes nasty and I hate that it has a fish smell. So I decided to give this a try and I’m so glad I did! We have 2 dogs and 2 cats. My dogs would not drink the tap water. They always would go outside and drink out of the fish pond. I installed this amazing little filer and my dogs and cats finally started drinking out of their water fountain bowl. I swear they knew it was better for them. We have an ice maker and the ice cubes even tasted better. This is such a lifesaver! We stopped having to go get water for our water cooler. This is actually our second one. And I tell everyone about it!

Fairly easy to install, but the tubing is way too long and difficult to manipulate in tight spaces because it's very stiff. I wasn't sure if cutting it shorter would compromise the connection points, but that may or may not be an issue. Once connected, the water flow is good with no noticeable drop in pressure at the normal faucet and plenty of strong pressure at the filter faucet. I let a good amount (5 minutes) of water flow through before trying to drink any water. Initially I saw what seemed to be a lot of particles and/or bubbles in the filtered water. This was concerning as different flow levels seemed to determine the amount of particles or bubbles I saw in the filtered water. I did do a TDS test with a measurement device and the total dissolved solids were actually slightly higher than in the unfiltered tap water. I realize the filter clearly claims it does not remove TDS, but again I was concerned that it was adding to that number. Once again I ran the filter a good five minutes to flush out any filter particles, as most all new water filters suggest discarding the first filtered water run through. Currently the tap water and the filtered water register about the same TDS measurement so I feel a little better about it. Taste of the filtered water is good, by that I mean it has no taste, so that's a plus. I still see tiny bubbles every now and then but I think that may be due to the selected flow rate on the filter faucet's handle. Without a complete scientific analysis of the water, I am not 100% sure if this is doing much of anything. Hopefully it is removing some of the larger solids and harmful things in the water. Hopefully it's not adding any either!

This is the second under sink Waterdrop filter we have purchased. They are so easy to install (in just a few minutes) and make a huge difference in water quality. They function perfectly and eliminate bad smell/taste of the water while not affecting the water flow. It is very cost saving over the price of disposable water bottles and eliminates taking up room in the refrigerator with filtering water pitchers.

The filter is super easy to install, fits under a standard kitchen sink, and doesn't require many tools. The instructions for use are clear and concise, and the water tastes wonderful. The filtered water runs as quickly and strongly as the non-filtered tap. On top of that, when we encountered an issue (we needed two female tubes to install instead of one of each), the company responded to my email quickly and addressed the issue directly. I live in a house with old iron pipes. The taste of the water was rather unpleasant. After installing the filter, the taste was excellent and I noticed the water was much more clear. The unit doesn't take up too much space & installation was simple. I added a drinking water tap next to the faucet. The filter has a long life. I highly recommend this unit.
