I built a bike rack out of 2x4s and thought it would be a good idea to mount my head unit, head light and tail light to this stand and charge them. I found these and got some small screws and mounted them to my stand. They work great! All of my units mount very tight, so there would be no fear of you units falling out of these. They are small and light weight, but really solidly built. I then bought USB cables so I can charge them while they are mounted on this stand. Looks great and everything charges in one place.

A lot of the same reasons for being a one star. Should have looked closer to how its mounted because for the life of me I have no idea. I wanted to modify it and my headset cap but when people complaining about it being made of cheap plastic I have decided to purchase something different.

These work great to add a Garmin-style tail light mount to any rear rack with a flat mounting plate--just drill and tap 2 M3x0.5 holes using an inexpensive tap (I used this tap set: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0BTHXL8KJ) and add some loctite to make sure the screws stay put.

These replacement mounts do not contain the embedded nut needed to be used with the Garmin Edge “out-front” handlebar mount. I bought them for a 3rd party steerer tube mount. It’s diameter was just a little to big to fit where the original was so I mounted it to the underside instead.

I use a “Brightech RA” integrated aero handlebar out front mount (https://a.co/d/4ZqMHIf) with the Garmin insert on my Canyon Aeroad CF SLX8. These VOIEOV Bike Mount for Garmin Inserts are an exact replacement of the original insert included with the mount. Based on the dimensions listed in product description photos, I was unsure if it would fit. My main concern had to do with the distance between the mounting holes. The seller shows it to be “0.86inch”. That is wider than my mount’s hole spacing. I took a chance and ordered it anyway. It turns out that their measurement was wrong. The actual measurements for the insert are: 1.26” (32mm) diameter, 0.2065” (5.24mm) thickness and most importantly, 0.807” (20.5mm) hole spacing center to center. That makes the actual hole spacing ~1/16” (~1.58mm) narrower. This would have been a dealbreaker if their provided measurement were correct. See my attached photos. I will also note that some reviewers have mentioned that this insert wasn’t an exact replacement for the insert in their original Garmin brand mounts. They are correct. It is not. These inserts have clean, tapered holes for the flat head screw to pass through from the top. There are no threads in them like on the Garmin original inserts which accept a screw from the bottom. The product photos provided are accurate as they show no threads.
