I am very impressed with this water filter. The design, quality, ease of installation, and water output (flow rate, flavor, etc) are all great. This is so much better than the filter pitchers we have previously used and I like having filtered water on demand rather in a pitcher. I already have and will continue to recommend this product to friends and family. I had originally wanted to install a Reverse Osmosis system but after reading the recent World Health Organization report about RO water being to pure and unhealthy due to its effects regarding cellular osmolality I decided on this unit. This unit does not require post-treatment remineralization and it removes a very broad range of contaminants without affecting the dissolved solids (which in most cases are beneficial, unless you have really poor water quality). ... show more

I replaced my older(non-working) reverse osmosis system with this Waterdrop TSU 0.01 unit and will never go back to the older style reverse osmosis systems. This drinking water filtration unit: a. Takes up far less under the counter space b. Is extremely easy to install with basic tools c. Does not require direct electrical power as it's powered by AAA batteries d. Does a fantastic job at producing great tasting filtered water e. Does not lose water pressure like older reverse osmosis systems. f.     • Great buy! Water tastes soo good!
Followed the instructions and had no issues with the install. The only thing that I would add to the instructions is to take apart all the connections and add thread tape. They did provide plenty of thread tape in the box but didn't really tell you where all to put it. I would say if you need to tighten it it needs thread tape. The only place I didn't add thread tape was to the water line that already comes connected to new adapter that gets added. Some pieces came together and I had to take them apart to add the tape. Had zero leaking at the filters! After the 10 min rinse, the water came out tasting great and I am looking forward to no longer having to haul around 5 gallon jugs!! ... show more

I found the system very easy to install the direction were very good and clear. The water is crystal clear. There were a couple of days where the water was a little milkish, but this appears to have been due to air working its way out of the filters. Works great, no leaks. The water directly out of the filter tastes a little bland, but that's the point. ... show more

Great set up! Installation was fairly simple! It has been working fine for a year and a half. Installed for my parents and they have city water. No more chlorine taste or anything, taste is better than most bottled water.

It’s pretty straightforward to install this kit. I had to drill a hole in my counter top for the water tap. I like the slim size and the sleek look of the unit. It easily fits underneath my sink. Would have liked to have seen some better water lines/tubing. These plastic semi rigid lines included could be stainless steel braided. I can see them getting kinked or pinched later while under sink items get moved around. I’m also a little skeptical about the quick disconnect style of installing these water lines, maybe because I’m old school. But…the water tastes clean and most of all, my wife is happy with it.
