My only Con on ths product was the O-Ring needed to be lubricated with silicon grease. First time water softener installation. Came in 2 boxes, everything was fine, good packaging. Great, easy to follow instructions. I hard plumbed the system into my well shed. Since I had already looked at the instructions on line I had already put in electrical and PVC plumbed most everything waiting for the unit. It came early but I was ready and had it installed and running its first cycle within 4 hours, (had to wait for the PVC glue to dry well). I do have quite a bit of experience, but also I am nearly 70 and did everything on my own so I actually believe anyone with basic experience will have no problems with installation. It's only been 3 days so I can't speak yet on performance, will need at least 90 days to evaluate that. ... show more

I purchased this with hopes to have water that won't stain my sinks yellow, this has exceeded my expectations. In Ohio, the rust belt they are really speaking about the water, it it terrible. The pre filter on it here, gets almost full of rust, but the water coming out of my tap is so clear and drinkable! After almost 6 months of use, I'm very impressed! I did my homework, this unit had great reviews and rated top 5 in most articles. Simple features, well constructed and installed in about 2 hr from unpacking to running. I cut off old connections and used new shark bite flex connections from pipe to 1” fittings on softener head. Easy to set for regeneration. Happy! Will do again in second home. 2nd install complete. Same results. Great unit. Update. 6 months of great water!! Why did I wait so long. Water softeners do wear out. Replace old units with this, you will be happy you did. ... show more

So far this has functioned flawlessly, massive improvement to our not so great well water. Installation would have been done in just a few hours if we hadn’t broke off an ancient brittle pipe that had nothing to do with the water softener. Easy to program & adjust as needed. I had a problem with shipping & half was lost for a moment, Amazon wasn’t a lot of help tracking so I reached out to aquasure & they were quick to get back to me, track it down & reship it back out to me.
