This is a great purchase for several reasons. First, it is pretty well built. I bought it because it was a similar footprint to what is used in many cardiac rehab and physical therapy settings. It’s perfect for me and I love having it at home and not have to keep changing back the settings and positions. Second, it is very well built and heavier than the competition in this price range. Also extremely important is the great customer service. I had a question, and it was answered in a few hours. I also like that the seller has an actual website and easy to find contact information which the competitors do not. It is silent and smooth running. Purchased this for an individual that had a stroke and needed to exercise their legs and arms. The bike works fine but assembly took a while. The instructions were okay and you can figure out if anything seems confusing. The only issue was a foot pad rubbing after assembly with no adjustment. I used a sander to sand the plastic and that corrected the issue. For the cost, it should not have had that problem. Overall, it works and is helping this person with their rehab. ... show more

First time owner of a stationary exercise bike - and I it like a lot (being on sale at the time of purchase didn’t hurt either along with the excellent reviews like this one). Assembly is straightforward. The only issue was a time factor with the hardware. Instead of all of the screws, bolts washers and nut kept in a bag or bubble board, they were partially installed in place on the bike so you knew exactly where each screw, bolt or washer went. That meant you had to unscrew every one, place the parts to be connected then reassemble. Not hard, just time consuming with fine thread hardware using Allen type heads (okay, they may look nice, it I hate this type of wrenching). Anyhoo, it’s all assembled and I have used it a bunch of times. The “dashboard/computer” will take (me) time continuing use to be able to operate smoothly from mode to mode. One more point about materials; good size parts and feels quite solid when in use. There is no swaying side to side or anything like that. Also, bike is quite in use. For comparison purposes, I’m 5-10, 190lbs. My final opinion is this is an excellent machine and should serve me well for some time. ... show more

I’m really pleased with this exercise bike. It’s working perfectly for me. I’m 72 and not as mobile as I used to be but I can get on this easy. I can also up the resistance which I needed. Love that it works your arms too. It’s very sturdy and comfortable

I have been using this machine for a couple of weeks now, and am satisfied with the quality for the price. It is a good but basic machine. There are no built in routines because the tension is manually controlled, so there is no way for it to be automatically changed. I'm hoping VANSWE will develop a model that will do this - knowing it will cost more. Also, a minor point but may be important to others, is that the function doesn't automatically go to 'Pulse' when you grip the pulse sensors. I've seen it work that way on most other machines. Again, just a minor annoyance . . . All in all, I rate the machine a 5 for build quality and sturdiness, but just a 3 for functionality. ... show more

This is a great recumbent bike. Order arrived quickly and in good condition. Assembly was easy and only took about an hour and a half or so. Nice to have the monitor to keep track of workout time and distance. It also shows speed(which is pointless in my opinion as I could care less about how fast it indicates I am traveling). Not racing anyone. Also has an odometer reading and pulse reader. The pulse reader seems to be a bit 'wacky' as it fluctuates wildly at times. But, again, I don't really need to check my pulse rate anyway. But, overall, this bike functions great and is super quiet. Nice to be able to work arms as well. Also was a great price in comparison to other recumbents. Highly recommend this one. ... show more
