I've had 7 PCs over the last 30 years and this one is the best yet. After an easy setup, it boots quickly and runs without intermittent slowdowns. Ideal for my uses, which do not include gaming or high intensity image processing. Display seems fine to me. A fully charged battery lasts about 3 hours.

    • Happy with the computer, but not the operating system. It is confusing.
Happy so far. Tried to set up the internal camera sign in option, but the installed camera doesn;t work with the Microsoft sign in. Not sure why microsoft has anything to do with it though.

Laptop screen arrived completely damaged and product box was broken (outside amazon box was not damaged, only the laptop box inside of it). Super disappointed as I purchased it on sale and now is much more expensive to buy new.

    • Bad product support
I had this PC for less than 3 months and the hard drive already went bad. ASUS doesn't cover any of the hardware so I am left to cover the cost of replacing the hard drive. I would steer clear of ASUS.

The product arrived with a blue screen and won't stay on and won't boot. I have received terrible customer service or lack of service from Amazon and no response possible from ASUS since they are closed.
