They were exactly what I was looking for. Overall they're pretty sturdy. One bad thing to say, get better screws. Even after drilling pilot holes screw heads on two screws broke right off. Otherwise I nothing else bad to say about it.

Used this to attach a cantilever umbrella to my deck. Looks great took about 5 minutes using an impact driver. I did step one screw, but I could have been a little aggressive. If you want to get the base of your umbrella off the deck this product is for you.
