Great product! Only complaint is I should have fully paid attention to the heat function. Heat blower is on top, doesn’t vent to the front. Unit is designed to be wall mounted, not encased as we intended and did. Good news, we really only wanted this for pure aesthetics. Live in Florida, don’t care about the heating capability. Beautiful LED fireplace and color combo, brought life to our bare wall.

Very impressed with quality, looks, EXCELLENT, QUIET HEATING and size for the price! I would not suggest settling for a fireplace smaller than 6ft (72"). I have a small apartment and it fits perfect. If you have a wall that's wider than 12ft, defenitely go for the 6ft or more. It's glossy, slick and the front panel is all glass. Has a small logo in the center, and dials for the controls. Also a remote but batteries are not included. Just get a pair of AAAs and you're good to go!

Have used it everyday this winter. Adds lots of ambiance, many choices. Go for the bigger size. Realistic with the flame 'rocks', but not the logs. Requires two people when attaching to wall. Good quality for price. Heat output is average - about same as a space heater but less direct heat.

The flame affect looks more realistic that I thought it would. Really like it a lot! I recommend placing it on a wall at eye level when you are seated on your furniture for best affect, also a distance of about 8+ feet helps. Viewing at an angle you miss some of the projected light. This will take two people to install as it weighs 65 lbs and one person has to hold it up while the other takes measurements and and makes wall markings. Absolutely use a 'level' device when marking your wall and check it three times. Once that baby is on the wall, it's there to stay. I highly recommend heavy wood screws into the wall studs. The metal plate will accommodate a few inches on either side. You'll understand when you see all the parts. The downside is the instruction manual. Very poorly presented. Just a bunch of arrows pointing at things. I believe you can download this manual here on AMZN. Just study the pictures carefully and make sure you understand what goes where before your next step. The biggest challenge for me was how to get the front screen off to load the rocks and twigs. After 30 minutes we figured it out. One screw on EACH side of the unit and three screws on top. Use all the clear ones and the orange and black ones sparingly. The Orange/Black ones make a nice affect. Place the logs carefully, they will fall off the rocks before you get the glass back up. You'll see. I do recommend this product, everyone I've showed it to loves it!

I bought the Valuxhome Electric Fireplace, 72 Inches Wall Mounted Fireplace with Overheating protection, expecting it to be a luxurious addition to my home. However, this fireplace has been nothing but a disappointment. Despite the advertised overheating protection, the unit shut off unexpectedly and frequently, leaving me in the cold without any warning. The heating function is inconsistent, and even at the highest setting, it barely generates enough warmth to make a noticeable difference in the room. The flames and the overall ambiance produced by the fireplace look incredibly fake and fail to create the cozy atmosphere I anticipated. Furthermore, the installation process was complex and time-consuming, requiring additional tools that were not mentioned in the product description. The build quality feels cheap and flimsy, with the materials not holding up to the promised durability. Considering the significant investment, this purchase has been a complete waste of money and has left me with deep regret. I strongly advise against buying this electric fireplace if you're looking for a reliable and effective heating solution and a realistic fireplace experience
