It came in 3 boxes (both boxes that aren’t the heating element need to be opened together) The wood is strong and durable. I put it together myself in about 3hours (would be faster with power drill) the instructions were very clear and it was easy to put together by myself. Would probably be faster with 2 people but absolutely easy enough to do it alone. The fireplace lights have 3 dimming settings and give off a nice glow. The heating element works great and was blowing warm immediately. I can’t say enough how much I love this tv stand. My tv was a little too big- but still fit perfectly over the main part. lol. This fire place is amazing! Even when assembling it, the material didn’t feel cheep. It enhances my living room and the fireplace does give off a good amount of heat. It took a few hours of assembly, but it was streamline and easy to understand, so I didn’t feel lost. I know some reviews said that it came with some dents and dings, which were small and unnoticeable to me, and I am not too surprised with that being the case because of the nature of its production and shipment , but they put a lot of foam padding and even extra wood slabs in the box for extra securement. This fireplace tv stand is much nicer than what I was expecting. We got the black 80" one and it is bigger in person, which is what I was wanting. Although the stone front is a sticker, it is surprisingly realistic. The fireplace insert is simple but nice. It has 3 levels of brightness for the flames. It does have a heater built in but it's nothing too special. My husband was able to put the stand together by himself and it took about 1.5 hours. He said the instructions were very clear. I'm also very impressed with how the packing was. The outside boxes had some damage so I was nervous about the quality of the stand. But they put reinforcement on the sides of the box to help with transport and it protected the stand completely. Whoever designed that should get a raise. We had all of our parts, so no issues there. I’d like to start by saying this is a beautiful piece of furniture and I’ve received many compliments. It’s functional, stylish, and overall is pretty decent quality. I cannot comment on the heat as it’s practically summer time, but it appears to be in working shape. The fireplace is a fun and fancy touch to liven up my space. This did ship much fast than I thought it would which is a plus, it also came in two boxes and had good instructions and was well packaged. Unfortunately there were a few small blemishes/damages and there were a few missing screw holes (to secure the fireplace). Because of that I cannot give this a five star review. The blemishes were smashed in areas, rough paint spots, and a few marks. Nothing major and honestly you can’t really tell unless you’re looking for them- which I was. I will say it was a time consuming build. It took two people about 3.5hours to build this. There are ALOT of pieces and ALOT of screws and backers etc. Be patient, lay out your pieces beforehand and DON’T work ahead. Also it says you need a hammer in the instructions but we didn’t need one. It would be helpful to have an additional screwdriver (Philips) to help move things along. That’s what we did. Overall it’s a great buy, worth the price, good sized, beautiful and an easy 4 out of 5 stars. Also it won’t let me upload a video but there are 3 brightness settings and they’re so fun and cozy!! Obviously fake but will be perfect for snuggling, Christmas and for winter fun in general. ... show more

It was delivered in 2 boxes, it was a timely delivery and package really tight to prevent damage. I had no damaged part and all the pieces were there. There’s a lot of pieces ! The directions were fantastic thank goodness. They are numbered and I separated them by 10, 20’s and 30’s and I’m glad I did, because it was easy to find the number I needed. The only tool you need is a screw driver and possibly a rubber hammer. Thank goodness I had a battery operated screw driver because there’s a lot of screws. It looked intimidating but the directions were so good it went smoothly. It’s an inexpensive fireplace so it looks like wood but obviously it’s a compressed wood product. I knew this would be the case when I bought it so I was pleased with what I got. It is pretty. The flames colors are not as natural as some fake fireplaces but I’m ok with it, it does make a low murmur sound but it’s not loud in anyway. Just letting you know there is a sound. I would say for the money this was a very good buy. It looks exactly like the picture they advertised with and it’s high quality in its price range. Like I said it’s a lower end price for a fireplace but much nicer than I expected. I forgot to mention the heater I tried it for a brief moment and it worked, it’s still hot here so I did not run it long. I’m pleased with my purchase. ... show more

I want to update my review because my first impression was incorrect. Initially, I gave this product 1 star because I only received two of the three boxes and thought the fireplace insert was missing. I contacted the seller, and they responded immediately. They explained that the fireplace insert ships separately, and it arrived the very next day, exactly as they had promised. After assembling the complete unit, I can honestly say I’m very impressed. The quality is excellent, the finish is beautiful, and the furniture exceeded my expectations. I also want to recognize the seller for their outstanding customer service. They were quick to respond, professional, honest, and kept me informed throughout the process. I’m happy to change my rating to 5 stars. I highly recommend both this product and this seller.
