I really love the look of this entertainment center , great,elegant and modern . We have problems with the first fireplace that we received , it came completely broken , but after contact the seller the answer was amazing , fast and they solve the problem sending us another fireplace, just with the pictures of the broken one , not necessity of sent the broken back. Expect this to arrive in two different shipments (amazon is going to give you only one tracking number , something that I would suggest Amazon and the seller to fix for easy understanding of the delivery process. We receive one big box with the console one day and a second box with the fireplace the following day . Is easy installation and the manual with instructions is clear .

This is a very nice looking and large TV stand with a large fireplace that adds warmth and style to any room. It accommodates large TVs up to 75 - 80" in width and also has storage and shelving on each side. It only takes one person to assemble the unit and I only found two minor errors in the well-written and accurate instruction manual. #1 - On page 7 (Step 3) the picture is incorrect as piece #1 should be turned to the other side. #2 - On page 12 (Step 13) the "type" of part used is 6 X H and not 6 X A. #3 The instructions in Box A do not tell you where to put the clear crystals but the instructions in Box B (which contains the actual fireplace itself) do. I bought two of these TV stands for two different rooms and they both work well and they look even better. The unit comes with a remote control which allows you to change the color of the fire flame, the color of the lights for the shelving, and even the temperature at which the fireplace will generate electrical heat -- just like a real fireplace. You can also control these functions from the control panel on the fireplace unit itself. Hopefully, the manufacturer will read this review and update their instruction manual but I give this product (5) FIVE STARS because it looks and functions tremendously well - a very well designed and nice furniture product to compliment any home or apartment. With this excellent and safe product, who needs the burden of constantly cleaning and maintaining a real fireplace which gets dirty and is a constant fire hazard?

I love this fireplace , it has different lights and 3 colors flames . Easy to assemble but the top’s material is not the same as the door’s which makes it look kind of cheap in my opinion but still looks good . It doesn’t make a loud noise when turned on and it does heat up the room .

I’ve wanted to update my living room decor for awhile now and this looks amazing with the 36” fireplace and modern sleek look. I honestly thought it would cost more than what it does but I love the ambiance that it brings to our movie nights and how it provides us a little extra light to see. I live in Arizona so I haven’t needed to try out the heat and how well it works and puts out warmth during the winter but I’m sure at some point we’ll use it and it’ll be more than adequate. I totally recommend this to anyway who wants to update the look of their furniture in their living room. It is a decent price for such a good looking unit.

Easy instructions for assembly. I'm an old lady and I was able to do all but 3 steps without help. Follow directions exactly and double check before moving to the next step. The stand looks great. The remote is easy to use, but it's small. Could get lost easily. I would buy again.

I feel obligated to comment on the customer service first: I misplaced my remote and reached out in an attempt to buy a replacement and was informed that they don’t sell replacement. So now I have a $500 tv stand with a fireplace that I can’t turn on and they refuse to help. There are other brands making similar products and I would recommend anywhere else before buying here simply because of that. The remote is tiny and god forbid you lose it in a move. I am incredibly disappointed with the way this company handled this. Ok now into the quality of the piece itself. The sturdiness of the product, once built, is decent. I will say that they have everything pre drilled and ready to go, however, one of my doors is off kilter and there was no way to fix it. The heater itself worked great and the lights color is nice, however, the manner in which the lights inside the cubbies is held up is not very great either and you will find that they hang down into your view unless you get your own tape or glue to attach to the top.
