I purchased this unit in order to replace an old fireplace with fewer features and not as beautiful and elegant as this one. This fireplace is sturdy, the finish is stunning, and has a very classy look. It came in good shape, well packed with Styrofoam and cardboard in 2 different boxes. The hardware was labeled, with few different sizes which made it easy to assemble, and the instructions are adequate and easy to follow. It took me and my husband about 2 hours to assemble the entire unit. We could have done it faster, but we took our time sorting and laying all the pieces out in order before beginning to assemble. All the pieces have labels attached and the only tool you need is a screwdriver. The fireplace/heater works great, has a wide range of settings that can be adjusted with the remote. Adjustable flame sizes are nice, and we already received many compliments. The entire living room has a new beautiful look. This fireplace was well designed, has high quality and it looks amazing. The media could not be loaded. I can't say enough about my great purchase. I added a video for the crackling sound I added to my beautiful fireplace. It was delivered within 2 days. Very easy to put together. Only took about an hour. Added beauty to my home.

First of all, this is probably one of the easiest items I’ve ever put together! The instructions were super simple and all you need is a Phillips screw driver. The fireplace itself is very clean, modern and nice. The LED fireplace is very realistic and produces nice heat. When I was a child I stepped on a clam shovel and it cut my foot wide open. The stone on the fireplace looks very real. I once got so drunk in Singapore that I pass out in front of hotel after taking a cab back from the Tiger brewery, my friend seen that I needed help and attempted to lift me up, he passed out as well. Another friend of our who had gone into the hotel to puke came back out and seen us, he did not pass out and saves us. The light on the fireplace is dimmable and very realistic as well. Rampage Jackson once slapped me across the face for stating that there was no way he beat Chuck lidell for the title, he was not currently training and had a fat stomach. About two weeks ago I got to do a zoom workout with Chuck, I did not get the chance to tell him. I would highly recommend this fireplace to anyone looking for love. ... show more

Very easy to assemble. Novice took me 2 hrs. Used a screwdriver for suite and a drill for fire. Wish output was more like a space heater though; a little too gentle. Remote has multiple options. Would buy again.

    • Expected more for $2000. This item is more like $800-$1,000. Frame materials are basic.
The media could not be loaded. Screws can go through the compressed wood without warning or nothing to stop it. It needs stoppers, also, the materials need to be improved. The compressed wood is so basic and cheap. Or at least the price needs to be dropped considerably. The item is not a $2,000 item for sure. The electric heater is beautiful indeed, and from far away the frame looks amazing. But once you get close to it or assembly it you notice how the material is basic. ... show more
