Very happy with my purchase
Color: White
I purchased this unit in order to replace an old fireplace with fewer features and not as beautiful and elegant as this one. This fireplace is sturdy, the finish is stunning, and has a very classy look. It came in good shape, well packed with Styrofoam and cardboard in 2 different boxes. The hardware was labeled, with few different sizes which made it easy to assemble, and the instructions are adequate and easy to follow. It took me and my husband about 2 hours to assemble the entire unit. We could have done it faster, but we took our time sorting and laying all the pieces out in order before beginning to assemble. All the pieces have labels attached and the only tool you need is a screwdriver. The fireplace/heater works great, has a wide range of settings that can be adjusted with the remote. Adjustable flame sizes are nice, and we already received many compliments. The entire living room has a new beautiful look. This fireplace was well designed, has high quality and it looks amazing. We are very satisfied, and I would highly recommend it.

Looks like a real fireplace not an electric fireplace with a electric firebox insert.
Color: White
This is by far the nicest electric fireplace I have ever seen. Is it on the pricey side, yes. But you get what you pay for and this fireplace is definitely worth it. Fire is so realistic most people think it's not an electric fireplace. Great thermostat that keeps room comfortable. Quite operation and aesthetically pleasing. If you live in a cold climate or just enjoy the look of a fireplace burning this is the one you should invest in. You will not be disappointed. This was a great buy in my eyes and much better than I expected.

We Love This Fireplace!
Color: White
We absolutely love this fireplace! I had this in my cart for the longest time, knowing I wanted it but also knowing my husband would grumble about it. I finally decided to get it anyway, and now that we have it, my husband actually loves it too. It was fairly easy for us to put together. The faux stones look very realistic. It’s summer so we have been turning on just the flames in the evening for the ambiance and it’s perfect. We did try the heat output just briefly to make sure it works, and it put out a good amount of heat. Great quality, great condition, zero regrets!

Love this fireplace!
Color: White
This fireplace looks exactly like the pictures provided. It was easy for me to put together on my own in a little over an hour. Only thing it was missing was screws for the fireplace brackets. I had some so that wasn’t an issue. I highly recommend this fireplace. Other reviews state that the screws go the wood in the front, didn’t have that problem however one almost went through the top when installing the last board. Buy it!! Well worth the money. I love the colors.

LOVE this Fireplace!
Color: White
Love this fireplace. Assembly wasn’t difficult, arrived in excellent condition. Flames/logs providing look I was hoping for. Perfect size, quality materials. Secured it to the wall easily with provided bracket. Some reviews mention the stones look super fake, I thought they were completely fine. Didn’t seem bad at all to me, nice faux stone quality in my opinion. Very happy with my purchase! No regrets. If you’re contemplating buying this, just do it - it’s gorgeous.

Great quality, beautiful fire
Color: White
Easy to assemble and very sturdy, love the different flame settings and options. The size was perfect, needed something to replace a upright piano. On a bigger wall. Love it.

Love it
Color: White
Very easy to assemble. Novice took me 2 hrs. Used a screwdriver for suite and a drill for fire. Wish output was more like a space heater though; a little too gentle. Remote has multiple options. Would buy again.
