Arrived in 2 boxes when we were expecting 1, but when we reached out to customer service in confusion, they responded quickly and professionally, providing the tracking number of the second box. Arrived SUPER fast, and in great condition. I will say, assembly is NOT for the faint of heart and takes at least 2 people. It requires at least 1 or 2 screw drivers, ideally a drill to make it go by faster. It will definitely test your relationship, lol!! Took us about 5 hours, so clear your afternoon, but it did go much quicker once we got our hands on a drill. Once we got it up, it was super sturdy and a good size. Function is great, I only turned the heater on once by accident for just a second, and it was heating up very fast. Smelled a little funny, but kind of like when you turn your heater on in the house for the winter for the first time. I imagine that would go away after a while of turning it on regularly! I will say, though, the LED strip lights are not accurate in the photo. The “warm” light was like neon yellow/green, and very not cute. We forewent it, because we just didn’t think it looked good, unless you want it to be like a rainbow color.

I could not be happier with this fireplace. I was hesitant when I purchased because a lot of reviews mentioned it took 5+ hours and 2 people. Yes there are a lot of pieces, yes there are a lot of step but the instructions were very clear and pretty painless. It took me about 2.5 hours with no help, it's extremely sturdy and exactly what my partner and I were looking for. The fireplace did come in two separate boxes, received the fireplace insert first and the next day I received the other box. The second box was veryyyyyy heavy so that might be the only thing you need a second person for as this box was 115 pounds. The second box did have a few dent in it and made me worry if it would be damaged, for the most part it was not besides a 2 inch chunk missing from the molding but some paint and caulk fixed it and I was not going to send this heavy box back. The heat function is wonderful, and warms our living room to maintain the desired heat we want. The lights that encompass the shelving and above the fireplace itself is great when on the highest setting, but if you dim it at all they start to flicker. Not a deal breaker because they don't blink on the highest setting.

I have wanted one of these entertainment stands for a long time and I decided on this one. It’s beautiful! It took my husband (who is very handy) and I about 2 hours to put it together. It came in two different boxes/shipments. The price was perfect (compared to the furniture stores or what it would cost for my husband to build one himself). The only thing I wish I would have looked at was the side shelves are for display and I would’ve really liked doors on them to close/cover. But I will make this work because I love the look of this. It is sturdy wood and heavy weight. It was fairly easy to assemble according to directions.

The media could not be loaded. We got this fire stand after moving in and it was one of the best things we could have bought. It gives an amazing look to the house we love it. As for putting it together i would say make sure you follow all directions. You will need at least two persons when putting this item together and follow all necessary instructions. When we put it together we started it around 9pm and and had to finish it the next day so I would say put a couple of hours aside if u want to put it together the same day. And this item did come in two pieces which was the day after the first part came so not so bad.

The pieces didn’t go together very well. There are major cracks in the seams . They didn’t ship all The parts for the lights. I battled non stop For three months trying to get them to ship missing parts . Poor customer service !!!!! Wouldn’t buy EVER again

I really loved this fireplace when I found it. It arrived damaged, but it took me so long to put together, I didn’t want to take it apart to return. Also, the description says it can be a TV stand for up to 80 inches which is not true at all. I have a 75 inch TV and it is way too big for the mantle. I posted a picture of them next to each other. Overall, it is a cute fireplace, I just wish it wasn’t damaged.
