The unit is pretty light and easy to handle. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. Our handyman installed it without any issues. The unit looks great. In February of 2023 I began framing and finishing out a large room over my garage which we had planned for when we had built our home. My wife found this electric fireplace on Amazon and we ordered it. It is the perfect addition to the space providing cozy aesthetics and actual warmth. While the room we installed it in is larger square footage wise than this electric heater is rated for it still provides noticeable heat and warmth to our room. The heater offers 2 settings you might consider a low and high setting although it isn’t labeled this way. The blower doesn’t blow heat at you in the room. Rather the heat escapes the fireplace noticeably about 2-3 feet away from its front or similar to what you might expect from any heater without a noisy blower as heat rises. Considering this fireplace heater is electric you’re not going to feel extreme heat from it like a traditional fireplace. It does however create a nice hot warmth you can definitely feel and may want to stand in front of when near it. Overall, I am very pleased with its heat output. While the room does have central air/heat this electric fireplace is a very nice supplemental heat source adding noticeable heat and therefore warmth to the room. I do find myself turning off this heater as it will bring the room temperature up noticeably warmer than my central heat’s thermostat setting. A little about the room and the functionality of the electric fireplace to help understand my use and why I recommend this electric fireplace heater. The room we purchased this electric fireplace for is above an unheated garage space but was a well planned insulated space. Therefore this electric heater is not my primary heat source but is a supplement heat source. As a supplemental heat source it performs much better than any expectation I had for it. The heater function makes very little noise when set to either setting and is silent when the heat function is set to off but the flame aesthetics are being used. You must use the flame aesthetic feature, which essentially is an “ON” setting to be able to use the heat function of this electric fireplace. As mentioned the unit even with the heat setting on it’s highest setting is very quiet in operation and you can easily hear a TV when listening at lower volume levels over the very quiet fan of the heat function. I have had no concerns of safe operation as this electric fireplace heater is securely mounted with screws and does not omit unsafe heat levels to the surrounding space where it is mounted. It can be mounted inset and therefore the front glass panel will be flush to any wall where there is a space void of wall studs behind the area or if you plan or modify the space to accept this style electric fireplace heater. You simply need a 120v wall plug near the unit for safe operation. For this heater I did run a separate electric circuit specifically for this wall plugin as to not overload the room’s circuit as this room is used as primary a media room with AV equipment. Space heaters do typically use most of the amperage rating for a circuit which likely includes multiple wall outlets in most houses so keep this in mind for safe operation and to keep from tripping circuit breakers or replacing fuses due to overloading a circuit. As a result of planning for safe operation I have had no concerns or issues with this electric fireplace heater. Aesthetically, this unit offers many options. All settings and options can be controlled from either the unit itself or the remote control. The remote’s range made be the most limiting factor. You need to be within 10’ or so for it to work well. That said, you can control the heat settings, change both the bed and flame bed colors as well as adjust the flame’s speed. Other features available are a dimmer for the brightness and an auto timer shutoff. While there are many color options for each none other than a couple really strike my fancy. I almost always leave my flame bed an almost natural gas blue and the flame a near realistic fiery orange. The speed of the flames also can be changed by several settings from a near slow motion flame, to a slow flame and so on to a more realistic fiery flame appearance. I prefer a more realistic look in appearance and speed on this unit which is not a bad look for a cozy appearance overall. I believe this electric wall fireplace is reasonably realistic however this is not accurately captured in my photo or video. It is a much better experience when seen in person and when set to an appropriate flame bed and a flame setting appearance. It is a nice addition to our space and its intended functionality of heat works well for us. When we purchased ours in February of 23’ at sale price $100 less than the list price it was still more expensive than today’s current pricing. If you are considering this electric fireplace and don’t have the advantage of comparing electric fireplaces in person; I believe this electric fireplace offers a good value for the money. I don’t feel it’s the best option for a primary heat source and perhaps not if the need for supplemental heat is an extreme necessity. However, if a combination of leisure and coziness is desired this electric fireplace is a good combination of appearance, functionality and price.

The overall experience that Ive had with this unit and especially with this seller simply doesn’t happen in this day and age. Let me explain. Firstly I own the 60” version and the unit is very elegant and the functionality options are fantastic. Plus, for the price, the overall aesthetic and virtual look of the LED and actual fire visual is phenomenal. NOTE: I have not yet utilized the heat function so I cannot comment on it; however, I truly only got the unit for its aesthetic value to fill a space on my basement wall in a movie room I put together. Now to my story. The unit was shipped to me in “Lightning speed” within a week of ordering, packaged very well. I installed the unit (SUPER SIMPLE TO INSTALL) and out of the box it functioned properly and looked great-exceeded my expectation-especially for the affordable price. Through a SmartThings wall plug, I incorporated it within my smart home set-up; essentially only to turn the unit on and off once I arrived at the visual settings configuration that I preferred (There are several color combination options between the base LED illumination of the crystals along with the color of the firs flames). One day, within the first two months of ownership the LED panel and touch screen simply stopped working. The top physical power switch was illuminated, indicating that the unit was receiving power but the LED panel simply would not turn on or off and the remote was not functioning. It was dead. In light of our current COVID Pandemic, Amazon Customer service was essentially shut down (via telephone) and the web site directed me to deal directly with the seller about the issue-most times a very daunting task. Ive had some rather unpleasant experiences in the past when having to deal directly with Amazon Sellers. Equally daunting was the fact that I was only able to communicate with this particular SELLER via email. So, I sent the seller two emails via Amazon and directly explaining my situation. WHat troubled me was that not only would I need to unmount/uninstall the unit from my wall (which was more an inconvenience than anything) but I no longer had the original box and packaging so I had no idea how I was going to send this unit back to the seller. In addition, I suspected that I would need to send the unit back so that the seller could troubleshoot the unit before assessing that it was in fact defective; then I would need to wait on that replacement to be shipped. WHo knows how long that would’ve taken-I figured at least a month or more. Well, the seller responded to my email within 24 hours and here’s what they said “We will send you out a brand new unit today AND No need to return the other model; sorry for your inconvenience”...I couldn’t believe it. What company does that these days, really? No questions asked. It blew me away to say the least. I received the new unit exactly one week from my initial email to the seller and it is already installed; and it is working properly. I hope I simply received a “LEMON” in my previous order and that this new unit will function properly for the “long haul”. However, this seller proved to me that they stand behind their service and customers (beyond reason) and I will DEFINITELY go no where else to purchase any similar products as a result of their stellar customer service. Look no further than RWEA! Thanks to that company for your incredible treatment and care of my situation.

I like the look of it with the crystals and colors plus it has heat. It does work like a space heater whereby there is a blower inside. It's relatively quiet and has 3 speeds. You can also have just the flame with crystals lit up or just the crystals on like a light. I put this in an already existing wood burning fireplace hole. You need to build some kind of frame to mount it on inside the hearth bc it mounts like a tv. My handy neighbor did it for me. I could have done it on my own, but I no longer have the tools. There are videos on youtube we used. It's not too hard to figure out. The remote is not great. It seemed to not work at all, but trick is you have to take not just the little plastic card out- you also must remove this super tiny screw to allow it to work. Luckily, I have an eyeglasses screwdriver that worked. The screw is that tiny. There is a time lag in pushing the button on the remote and having it respond no matter how close you are. You can operate it well with the buttons on the unit too. I do wish the online description and instructions did a better job of explaining how to mount inside an existing fireplace. I had to do all that research and planning on my own. Made it more difficult than it needed to be. I chose an electric fireplace bc I'm not chopping wood any more, living in town in CO where we often have "no burn" days and it was going to be cost prohibitive to run a gas line to retrofit from wood burning, so this was a good option. Fake fireplaces can be pricey, so it is great it's a cheap fix for me!

This heater delivers on all counts: warmth, looks, quiet, and ease of use/installation. We were concerned about using it on a wood wall, but no problem as the only heat generated is on the front, near the outlet. The manual does not describe this well, though. Installation is a breeze for on-the-wall mounting with a strong bracket, although it helped to be 2 of us as in manual to better hold glass. Did use our own shorter screws so as not to stick into knee wall storage behind. Heats our 10x15 bedroom just fine here in Maine (it is on second floor with no other heat source). Looks sleek, nicely designed with lower indicator lights going-out until you need them with a touch on screen or remote that’s works great. We can hear the fan, but it is quiet enough to be barely heard background sound. And we are having such fun playing with colored lights on shimmering crystals (hard plastic, but look like glass) that work fine as described. Although not real logs or a real fireplace, it is enough different that it can be enjoyed for its own merits. Especially love the tall, dancing flames that add reflective primal ambience. The big black cord is a bit unsightly, and we hope to install heater in wall and hide cord as another project, but this was as advertised. The 30 inch size was just right for this room, not available with many vendors. So, unless this product fails, it is delightful for a distinctive, funky, effective and easy-to-use heater if this is your style—and using this electric heat via our community solar farm means it is carbon free, an added bonus for climate change.

I love this electric fireplace! I bought it for the ambience when I was creating my dream library during renovations of my townhouse. It is beautiful and really sets a cozy mood! I predominantly keep the color set to orange and blue, but I love the options to go white, green, blue and many other combinations. I expected great ambience but was pleasantly surprised that it provides great heat output too. It’s a string value for the price. I definitely recommend!

Great value for the price! I needed a narrow depth wall mount (not in the wall) fireplace and this one is perfect. It puts off a lot of heat, plus the options for how the flames and “coals” look are awesome. You can change the color and flicker speed of the flames, the color of the coals, and the brightness of both. And the heat has two levels besides off. Install was easy, although I used different anchors than were provided. And since this is for a 130-year old house, none of the lath and plaster studs are on modern measurements so the mounting bracket was a little limiting. But that’s a me problem, not a product problem. I really love this unit and bought a smaller size for my mom as a gift too.
