The media could not be loaded. This fireplace is really beautiful and creates an amazing ambiance when you need chill and relaxing vibes. I placed it in my small esthetics/lash suite (about 10x10 ft room) and it’s the perfect size to cozy up the space. Clients ALWAYS comment on the nice space when they walk in. I don’t think they’d love it as much without this fireplace. The flame images are fantastic and the heat is nice, though I don’t turn heat on frequently since I put a shelf above it. I have not fully figured out the side light settings because as you click through the colors, sometimes it will be two different colors and I don’t know how to make them match (manufacturer, feel free to email me instructions if you see this!), but there are a few presets that are matching, as shown in the video and picture, so I’m not counting off any points as it very well could just be my user error operating it properly. I just need it to light up so I don’t care what color it is. Overall, It is wonderful, totally love it for the price, highly recommend. I have been using it for 3 months now and no problems. Installation is easy - just mount the track and it hangs, then screws to secure. No wiggle, very sturdy. I can lift it on and off the track myself, not too heavy, but not flimsy. ... show more

This wall mounted fire place is a sure beauty. I definitely recommend this product based on beauty, fast delivery, sufficient heat, easy installation which=It’s worth every penny. I am AMAZED w/the beauty as well as satisfied with my purchase. It’s super simple to install. I actually installed it by myself, nd I’M ONLY 5’2” nd 165lbs although the front glass screen was quite heavy but I powered through W/O reading the INSTRUCTIONS & w/my strengths to get the job done.[I’ve previously installed one before.] I wouldn’t recommend lifting it by yourself if your a woman bc of the weight of the front glass screen, but if you wanna save installation money nd don’t wanna wait on your husband or your in good shape or otherwise for assistance than it surely can be installed w/ONLY one person available. Overall it’s Beautiful nd a GREAT VALUE!🤗 ... show more

I love this fireplace so much. Love the real pebbles instead of a fake log-makes it look so much more authentic. The output of heat could be a bit more but, for a smaller space-does the trick just fine:)

Don’t even bother to get one of the Amazon resale versions of this item. They don’t even check that it works. It’s bulky and heavy, and you have to open the package to discover that all the accessories are missing, including the remote. The one I got didn’t even have a flame. Then you have to repackage the item and leave it for pick up. Amazon inspectors are the worst. The large electronic items never work from their resale section. ... show more

The fireplace looks very nice on the wall being stainless steel. It does not put out very much heat though. We have a portable heater that is 1500 w and not very expensive and it puts out way more heat. Also the fireplace does not have a thermostat which is very disappointing. The last thing I will say is that the flames look pretty good but they're not very bright. We have it in a very small room and at night with no other lights on in the room the fireplace still is not very bright. ... show more

I love it! Very nice and modern. Easy to assemble and place on wall. I am a single senior lady and it was easy for me. The heat is extra nice in the winter. You can adjust the flames too.
