  • Sturdy and versatile
Color: DD-25 Adjustable Bench with Wheels
I like the price of this bench. It’s sturdy and does the job. I am a personal trainer and use this for my clients. It’s held up well.

  • Perfect bench, can't imagine spending more money
Color: DD-4 Adjustable Bench
This is exactly what I had been looking for. I must have read 500+ reviews across at least a dozen different benches. I needed something to fit in my power rack for bench, and to fulfill other standard duties like skullcrushers and decline bench. I also didn't want the bench to wobble or feel like it'd fall apart if I leaned too far to one side. I also wanted a bench I could grow with, and the weight limit on the DD-4 is 500lb. I'm 165 so no fear of ever hitting that, but I can tell it can take the weight. The construction is more than decent, excellent welds, and supports in all the right places. Absolutely no wobble on this thing so far, and the setup was quick. Instructions are pretty much worthless but it's extremely obvious how to assemble. Took me ~30 min by myself and a portion of that was spent finding my wrenches. Having the leg attachment be removable is a great feature, plus you can raise/lower it, along with adjust the height of your seat. I really don't think you can beat the DD-4 for the price. Not sure why similar benches with even lower weight limits and less features cost over $100 more. ... show more

  • An (almost) great bench.
Color: DD-4 Adjustable Bench
For what it costs, it is a great bench. Very sturdy, and lasts. It also works well for tall people. The only problem I had was it's assembly. It wasn't the hardest thing in the world, but it definitely had its flaws. The instructions are wonky and assembling this by yourself is borderline impossible. The bench itself is really nice and considering it being commercial gym quality, it is great for it being under $300. Disregarding weird assembly, would recommend. ... show more

  • Great value in a sturdy workout bench
Color: DD-4 Adjustable Bench
I was looking for a replacement workout bench, my old one had bench press supports and I wanted to remove that invitation to disaster. The primary necessity was sturdiness and height, bent over rows are easier with >22" height in my opinion. This bench looked nice, had a decline function and leg support. They had a picture of 500lbs sitting on the bench! The price was good so I ordered it. I received it on time, big package. Instructions were OK and assembly was all floor level work but not challenging. Ran into a hitch when I found a piece missing but started using the rest of the bench while I contacted the supplier. Luckily they were just a few hundred miles away, and after sending them the copy of my Amazon receipt they shipped the part. So a 5 day hiccup but I'm very happy. I've used it for a few weeks and so has my college going kid and found it strong, easy to decline and incline, stable. No complaints and would recommend it without reservations. ... show more

  • I like it!
Color: DD-4 Adjustable Bench
I had a Body Solid FID bench that was, well a Body Solid -- 17 incline angles, solid as a rock, etc. I replaced it with the Valor Athletics bench because the Body Solid was 22" to the top of the seat pad and back, when flat. It was difficult for me to position myself on the bench while carrying heavy dumbbells. The Valor is just over 18" high, and it makes a great difference. There are only 5 incline angles, but that's plenty. I like the way the back can be adjusted without a spring or pin by just positioning it. The seat adjustment is also well-positioned to quickly raise and lower the seat angle. The foot rests (or whatever you call them) don't really come into play unless the seat is angled up. Then, they are really useful to lever yourself off the bench with weights in hand. My only complaint is that there are no assembly instructions except an exploded view of the bench, which comes disassembled. There were 2 sets of bolts mislabeled in the diagram, so I had to take a couple bolts out and put the right ones in. All the parts were there, they fit together fine, and bench is as sturdy and solid as my old one. ... show more

  • New bench for you!!!!
Color: DD-25 Adjustable Bench with Wheels
I recently purchased this bench from Amazon being it was the best deal compared to other sites and stores. Once I received the package I noticed right off that it was damaged. I opened it and the nuts and bolts package was scattered everywhere. Luckily everything was inside the box. I did have to count all the pieces to be sure it was all there. I also noticed once I took the main pad your back lays on out of the plastic it had a nice size tear in the leather. A little up setting to find after I just paid almost 300$ for this equipment. Once the bench is put together it is very sturdy and does not move. I use a lot of weight and it works well. I would compare it to gym quality equipment easily. I may be a little bit better made. I ranked it four stars because of the packaging and the tear in the seat. There is leg extension that a lot of people aren't sure what the purpose is. These people must not workout much. This bench goes all the way decline and the leg pads are for doing abs if desired. Also used in decline press as well. ... show more

  • Great quality
Color: DD-4 Adjustable Bench
This is my second Valor bench. I bought the first one several years ago and it still looks like new despite consistent use. My last one was not adjustable, and I decided to get an adjustable one too. This one seems of equal quality and is working great so far.
