Great value for the money and fantastic customer service. Had a couple questions about the unit and they promptly replied and were able to walk me through the issues to get the unit working again. Great instructions with both a quick setup sheet and full instructions manual. Even though I see the step pictured I wasn't expecting to receive the step, thought it was just for the pictures which was a nice surprise, and there was a bonus gift of a cute cat shaped air freshener that goes in the pocket at the front of the liter tray. Absolutely amazing! Just installed it, and my cat instantly loved it. Or was surprising, because it took her some time to adapt to the previous litter box. It is relatively compact, not as big as other automated litter boxes which is great. It's cleaning silently, and it looks amazing. Love it.
