It had 15 different speeds and even changes direction for more mobility. The remote makes it even easier to adjust the settings. This exercise machine is perfect for everyone to use. I have a sedentary work that keeps me at my desk for extended time. Due to obvious health issues as a result of staying in one place, I decided to invest in me personally. So I started looking for the suitable under desk elliptical which had good reviews and the one I could afford. I decided to try out the Hoduio elliptical. Setting up was a breeze and I quickly started using it. It was smooth, barely and noise and the auto mode with 3 settings was awesome. It is less weight and portable and I share it with my wife. I'm very pleased with how smooth the pedals flow during use as well as the ability to power the unit yourself. It has 15 speed modes and the ability to pedal forward and backward. The unit includes a handy remote that allows her to turn the unit on/off and adjust settings without continually bending over while in use. It's a sturdy unit while also being lightweight. It's easy to reposition and move while also being very steady and secure while in use. While it has many features, it isn't intimidating to operate and my mom feels quite comfortable using it. It's also surprisingly quiet and would be a great choice if you wanted to use it discretely in a busy office. I also observed a modest heart rate increase while using it. This unit is a great choice for anyone looking for an effective yet easy to use seated elliptical. I'm glad I purchased this model. Highly recommend!
